I had an incredible mortgage experience with Homelend and will gladly use their services for any future purchase or refinance. My mortgage banker Rich Byllott was the best, guiding me through every step from the initial rate quotes to closing. The process from start to finish was so easy and Rich easily answered all of my questions!
Purchasing a home with Homelend was much smoother than my previous experiences (one of the largest online mortgage lenders) which I still have nightmares about. Homelend had some of the best rates this time around, and to top it off, Rich and his team were somehow able to close 2 weeks early!

HomeLend mortgage was outstanding !!
We were able to close on a home loan in 2weeks.
There entire team was great and my personal broker Richard Byllott was always reachable by phone or email to answer questions, solve problems to keep us on track to close on schedule.

My experience with Homelend Mortgage was excellent! I was really nervous about the entire process, my credit was not the best but Mr Richard Byllott advised me to payoff some debt notify the lender and he would do the rest. Mr Byllott performed a Miracle!!! I am now a First Time Homeowner."I'm Still In Shock"Yes I would strongly recommend this Company because they honestly care about there customers!!!!!

MAKE SURE THEY DOCUMENT EVERYTHING IN WRITING. They pulled a super shady move by hiking our interest rate nearly 20% just 6 days before closing, so late that I had no choice but to proceed. They implied rate was locked 4 weeks prior to close because I was comparing them with Wells Fargo, and Wells gives you 1 free lock. They also said my rate jumped because my daughter (who we cosigned for) didn't have a great FICO score. But they had all her info 4 weeks prior! You know you've been screwed when you walk away from a financial transaction thinking "I should have picked Wells Fargo, because they were more trustworthy."
