They were very accommodating with working around my schedule for delivering the materials. The delivery was very professional and organized. I was impressed! Not a drop and run like some places. My job sometimes offers me one of a kind Electrical situations that involve hard to find supplies and Copper always comes through with whatever I need to get the job completed. That would be fair, but the moment which was above and beyond was when Dannie, without being asked, wheeled two gigantic jars of driveway sealant to my car. He took time out of his busy day, to do something thoughtful, something more. This store is not the closest to my house, but I will forever be making that drive and be grateful for it. I met Gary B and I cannot begin to tell you what a wonderful experience and how easy Gary made it for me to select all of the items needed from sinks, faucets, toilets, bathtub and medicine cabinets. “I am constantly at the Ace Store in Caldwell, and always find the staff to be courteous and helpful no matter how small or large a project I'm working on. I believe a lot of the credit can be given to the manager Greg, whom seems to have endless energy in his quest to keep seasonal displays moving, the store cleaned, and well stocked. There have been a few occasions where Greg has even offered the availabilty to order, and deliver, specialty items that may not be in his store at the moment but available upon request. I was just finishing working on another home project, when I thought of all the help the staff and especially Greg have offered me over the years, that I had to stop and make sure everyone knew what a pleasure it is to have this store and people like Greg only a few blocks a way from my next project.
