“This is one of the best Verizon Stores in NJ. I drive over an hour just to get serviced by Mr.Christopher. He is an elite employee. The customer service I receive here is worth the gas and more! Things are explained to me and solutions are found. I have been on a Verizon plan my whole life. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen majority of the challenges a family can experience with a phone service over the years. 13 years to be approximate. I’m so happy to have remained with a company that hired a person like Mr.Christopher. Definitely the environment embodies a safe place for all, whether you are a tech savvy person or a “detached upgrader”. This store has supplied me with the best service of a lifetime.”
“My son and visited the Verizon store to create a new account for him so that he could transfer his line to it. But Omar the salesperson advised us that it would cost us more, so we didn’t do it. He also made us aware of a promotion that allowed many of my family members to get iPhone 15 for about $5/month, which we did.
In all, we were very satisfied with the experience.”

“I found 1SC through Angie's List when we were building our new house. Ryan came by to discuss how to beat wire the house for A/V and the first impression was excellent. Ryan comes with a vast expertise in this field including knowledge of the latest home automation and technology. Never did he try to upsell nor pressure me. He was very consultative and inquisitive of how the right technology could provide the user experience I was looking for. The BOM and pricing was straight forward. The 1SC install team is second to none and did an awesome job setting everything up and Ryan was right there to ensure what we had designed was implemented. A few post install questions were quickly answered. A year after the House was done we leveraged Ryan for the basement man cave and the experience again was excellent. I'm happy to say that we remain a happy client of Ryan and 1SC and highly recommend them.”

“Place is clean. Wait time to check out is very long. Self checkouts are alone available. Registers were closed. Only return kiosks were open and if it is free then they are asking people to go there for billing. Plenty of parking space available. Would have give five star if there are more self checkouts or registers are open.”
