“I am sharing my positive experience with the customer service team at the Parsippany location.
The agents were incredibly patient and kind while helping us resolve a billing issue with Budget Truck Rental. We were incorrectly charged a cancellation fee due to a corporate error and faced additional charges for a new reservation. However, the owners at this location stepped in to help us resolve the situation.
I highly recommend this location for its excellent service. I suggest contacting them directly to make a reservation rather than going through the corporate office.”

“The professionalism and kindness I experienced at Milellis is hard to come by these days! My battery died on my leased 2024 Acura. Come to find out Acura does not warranty the original battery and quoted me over $500+ for a new one. Frustrated and confused, a friend said to call Milellis. I’m so grateful for the recommendation. “Even though construction was going on, the crew made sure to get someone in at the time of my appointment, and were able to very kindly accommodate my rental at a great rate. They made sure the car was well maintained and had a fresh oil change. The owners were both very pleasant and helpful. My car was in the shop for a day so I need to rent a car for a day and get my car back from shop the next day.
As a president circle member, they were able to give me the key of the car within 5 minutes, and it was a free upgrade from economy to a bronco sport(not my favorite TBH but way better than Spark that I booked).
The next day, my car was not ready on time so I would need to return late. They were kind enough to give me the 4 hour grace period as a president circle member, and they even give me a ride back to the shop to pick up my car. The return is also super easy, and this might be my best renting experience from Hertz ever.”
“My first opinion of the Morristown Budget Car Rental was based on reviews left by the renters before me. Most agreed this location is OK, which I have to disagree.
This location is great!From the moment we walk thru the door, we were greeted by Jeff Lupinacci (please commend him on our behalf) with a smile and a handshake. He explained the process in full detail and even recommended a more appropriate rental for our need, which he had cleaned and filled with gas for us. When we had to extend the rental, again he answered all our questions and concerns. Finally, we were late for the return, and again Jeff assured us returning the vehicle during closed hours was very simple.
The only thing I would have hoped was for a cleaner car, but I'm certain Jeff had no control over that, since the whole time we were there he continued to answer the phone and processing completed rentals.
Lastly, I know Im renting my next vehicle from the Budget Car Rental in Morristown NJ. Again, thank you Jeff for your professionalism and customer care... 💖🙏💖”
“Excellent with Hertz, Employees and Vehicle. Very easy process from beginning to end. Only problem was with the parking structure charging $8 because wife followed me into structure where we returned the car (5min). That is not Hertz fault though!”
