THE WORST. Charge a fortune of money for service contract on already overpriced technology but GOOD LUCK getting anyone on the phone when you need to use it. I have been calling literally all day and the phone is answered "Canfield, please hold." That's IF anyone answers.

The company culture is dictated by a group of old friends who believe no one else has the ability to bring value to the company except for few of them. Great products, exciting market, horrible management
