He seemed like a genuinely nice person, which helped ease my frustration about the wait. Ultimately, I'm thrilled with the quality of the repair, so I won't hold the longer completion time against them. However, I must say that the woman who called to inform me the car would be ready the following day was quite rude and inconsiderate. Despite her unprofessional behavior, I still want to express my appreciation to the owner and the skilled technicians for their excellent work.”

“Very impressed by how these folks handled the bashed bumper on my Acura. Danielle took the pictures needed for the claim and dealt with my insurance on cost differences. When the insurance check came, they ordered the parts and had me stop by to match the paint. The bumper was painted and ready to install when I dropped the car off this morning. Four hours later, they called to say the car was finished. When I got in, I noticed how clean the windshield was. Such thorough and efficient professionals!”

“I can't say enough about Pete and the Auto Body Shoppe. My son drives a 2012 Accord that I was not covering with collision insurance and he rear ended an SUV. Destroyed his grill, bumper, one head light, and dented the engine block. The hood had a dent and would open and close but not lock, I think, because of the now misaligned engine block. Since I was paying totally out of pocket, I asked Pete if he could economically just put it back together so it was safe and looked halfway decent. I told him that the hood didn't have to be replaced if he could get it to lock when it was down. The dent in it was not major. I got a call from Pete saying that unfortunately the grill for a 2012 Accord came in 3 pieces and cost $500, much more than he anticipated. He then told me to hang tight and he would get back to me. A little while later he calls to say that he thinks he found exactly the grill he needed on EBAY and as long as the description was accurate, it would cost $60. Well, thank God the description was accurate and we went ahead with the repair. Including his leg work on the grill, Pete's repair saved me $700 from a similar estimate I had received from another very reputable Auto Body shop. Needless to say Pete and the Auto Body Shoppe will now be doing any needed repairs going forward.”

That night I did some research on auto body shops in the area and I’m so glad I found D&M.Every aspect of working with D&M, from getting the estimate to picking up my fully repaired car today, was pleasant and seamless.The website not only has information about the services they offer, what the repair process is, their team and history, but also has information that was super useful as a general customer like FAQs, consumer rights information, how to manage the insurance claims process, and even information on things your insurance company can and can’t do.The customer service was absolutely immaculate. My appraiser Dave, pretty much held my hand through the entire process and did so with patience and grace. I’m not ashamed to admit that I had NO idea what I was doing, and he quickly and kindly answered all my emails, took all my calls, and answered every question I had, especially those concerning the claims process because Progressive wasn’t very clear at ALL in what they needed. Shannon at the front desk, would periodically check in and give me updates on what was happening with the car and the progress they were making (or not) with Progressive, and was just a pleasure to speak to.The repair is flawless and was done SO quickly. I got the call that my car was ready only a week and 2 days after they’d let me know that they could begin the repairs! If you look at my car you wouldn’t even know that the door needed to be replaced. It looks exactly like it does when I drove it off the lot in September. Everything is functioning as it should. They even detailed the inside of the car, gave her a wash, and blessed me with a complimentary t-shirt and keychain. Immaculate. Customer. Service!!D&M has a customer for life …that is as long as they’re willing to have me lol. I know Progressive isn’t the best to deal with. If you’re having any questions or doubts about who should repair your car, look no further because D&M will take good care of you!”

“Would definitely recommend using Troast for autobody work. A friend backed into my car and damaged the fender. I was able to complete an online estimate with pictures and have an answer within a few days. I ended up booking with Troast because they had the best rate and the fastest turn around, not to mention close to Enterprise Rental. In addition, I spoke to Jeff who was helpful and pleasant which is always nice. Overall it was a great experience and I would return if I needed similar work done.”

“On Friday 2/16, I was traveling from NYC and while on the highway, I thought I popped 2 tires. I was scared, lost and freaking out to put it mildly. I didn’t even know what town I was in. I googled mechanics near me and this was closest. I made my way and thank God I did. The man sitting at the front desk was my guardian angel. Turns out, I did not pop 2 tires, the car shield came loose and was scraping against the floor. He fixed it immediately and refused to take any money. Of course I tipped him. I had paint damage across the side of my car and David was the only one that pointed out that there were minor dents as well. With that, I immediately trusted him and his team's work was amazing.
