The service included a convenient valet pick-up and delivery via an enclosed carrier, ensuring my vehicle was treated with the utmost care. Additionally, I was provided with a loaner car delivered right to my doorstep, which made the experience even more seamless.
Samantha's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident, making me feel valued and well taken care of. This level of service is what one would expect from a luxury brand like Bentley, and they certainly delivered. Who could ask for anything more?

Allie, the service rep, is tremendous, and the transporters are very kind. Some service shops try to recommend things that aren’t needed, Bentley Parsipanny gave me some recommendations but suggested pragmatism to wait before making the expenditure.
