Absolutely atrocious experience. Negotiated a price with Stalin remotely, with the understanding that I would be driving up with a bank check to purchase the vehicle before close that night. It was communicated to him that I needed to take the vehicle home that night, as it needed to be used first thing the next morning for business. I was in constant communication with him, emailing no more than 10 minutes apart, including informing him when I left work and the ETA. After battling rush hour traffic and arriving well before closing, I walked in to be informed that not only had he left for the night, but that the vehicle was not even on the property to look at, test drive, or purchase with another sales person. The sales person that did step in was apologetic, to his credit, as he was put in a bad position by his coworker, but suggested I leave a deposit on the vehicle without even seeing it, or test driving it, after his coworker just misled me and was utterly unprofessional in misleading me to believe I could procure the vehicle that evening. Maybe if I was going to some side of the road, middle of nowhere, no brand affiliated dealership I wouldn't be so mad, but for a company affiliated with Bentley and Rolls Royce, how is this how you treat a customer? Wasted 3 hours of my night, when I am in a bind and experiencing a vehicle emergency, and I could have gone elsewhere to solve my issue. Highly unprofessional. Rude. If you value your time or money, go elsewhere.

This Bentley Service Dealership is the absolute WORST. I own a Mercedes Benz, which I've been very happy with but decided to expand my car inventory and looked into leasing a Bentley among other high-end brands. Out of all of the luxury car brands I could have chosen from, I chose Bentley. I chose Bentley because of how prestigious and service-oriented the brand is known to be. Unfortunately, it didn't take me long to find out otherwise. Shortly after leasing the brand-new vehicle, it started to “shimmy” uncontrollably while driving. I have brought the car to the Service Department at Bentley-Paramus in Parsippany, NJ. Each time they were consistent in NOT providing me with a loaner. Each time I had to UBER to my office, home and back to the dealership. To add insult-to-injury, my appointment today was not even on their calendar. On top of that, the dealerships drop-off area is like the 1970's. Nothing new or innovative about it. When I Ubered back to pick up the car, they insisted the shaking was coming from my tires, and suggested I may have hit potholes. Upon my third visit to the dealership for the “shimmy”, I’ve had to purchase tires, all to no avail. Two years after delivery, the same problem persists and no one at the dealership cares. I remain totally disappointed and will go back to Mercedes Benz when this lease terminates.
