“As a cat person who brought home a small chihuahua puppy last December I was trying to find a good way to help me learn to train him. I’ve heard that one of the big mistakes people make w small dogs is skipping any real training as they are small and assumed to be easier to manage. I had contacted a private trainer who refused to work w chis, I was bummed. A friend highly recommended PetSmart’s in store classes and I saw they were having a special right when I signed up. I am SO glad I did! Roseann is INCREDIBLE with the dogs. She is super knowledgeable, patient, kind and very clearly loves what she does. She is also totally personable and a delight to communicate with. She goes above and beyond for everyone and really makes this program special. My pup is becoming a such good dog! He’s breaking chihuahua stereotypes lol. Everywhere we go people comment on how calm he is or how well behaved and sweet. He’s learned so much and I am gaining invaluable tools to guide him. Just signed up for another 6 week class because I love it so much.”

“Wonderful place to shop if occasionally disapointing that their selection of FF Medleys' cat food is lacking a bit. Seems a good number of Hazleteers are aware of this little gem which most often beats the big box stores on prices, especially with member offers and coupons! Lovely neighborhood store that welcomes pets and their owners, and also has grooming and bathing services.”

“My puppy Cookie loves going to this store. The sales ladies are wonderful. Not sure if I'm spelling their names correctly, but Gail and Terry are awesome. If I need anything in particular or need a recommendation ,these two ladies have always guided me in the right direction.My puppy has been attending the training classes since October 2023. We enrolled her for all available classes. Her trainer Robyn is amazing. Robyn has been super patient and nice. Her techniques and knowledge is 100% teaching me to train Cookie and to be the best responsible owner I can be. Cookie is an American Bully and is training to be my medical service animal. With her help, Cookie has come a long way. We wish that we can take Robyn home with us. Cookie and I can't wait to begin the next Semester this February.Cookie and the rest of our family appreciates you all.”

“Adopted Teddy during the Pandemic and Husky House was amazing. Multiple visits to make sure he was good with my other pups and they gave all the support needed during and after adoption. Everyobe who works there loves the dogs so much and Teddy was so taken care of before his adoption. I would and likely will adopt from them again. The Owner loves these dogs like they're her own and she may at times seem harsh but she's just protecting those beautiful animals that can't protect themselves, A++++”

“Been bringing my doggo here for years. The rating is not a good reflection of the groomers working here, never had an issue with the front desk. More importantly though is that the groomers are all really nice, we went to Stephanie for years but she recently left and now Chrissy (I believe she's the owner) has taken over cutting for my dog. He is soooo cute after his cuts I'm always excited for his grooming visits. Also love how he smells and how they give a little bandana wrap as a finish.”

“Had to make a last-minute appointment at this PetSmart’s grooming services due to my regular one being booked up today. I got lucky with them having an opening today.
I brought my cat here, and she did really well with them! I’m so thankful for the team today, especially Jeremy who did her grooming. Jeremy was knowledgeable about the services and products being offered, recommending ones most beneficial to my cat. He didn’t seem pushy with any services, which made this whole experience even more pleasant, for both me and my cat.
I really wish I wasn’t moving further away. Otherwise, I’d be coming to this PetSmart for grooming. Even the cashier, whose name I did not get but wish I did, was so friendly and welcoming, despite how busy she was. Overall, a pleasant experience!”
