I have had Optimum for 12 years and have had nothing but problems with their internet service. I changed to their fiber optic and it is no better. I’ve worked from home for 10 years and have to constantly reconnect. If I had another internet provider to choose from I would absolutely leave optimum. They are the worst and I would never recommend them. The absolutely suck.

When he had to exchange my box I was told my box was not in stock. They gave me a whole new system.Everything's out of Wack still trying to figure it out. I just wanted to swap out my box.

I had a perfect experience. I was helped by Jalyssa (not sure how to say her name) and her help was amazing. She knew everything and she was fast, thorough and honest. She definitely deserves to be a manager, as I thought she already was one considering how helpful she was. My visit was successful.

Wifi horrible within a month the wifi has disconnected 3 times and now it's weird cable is on but no wifi and customer service said we have to pay the bill but makes no sense how can we watch cable but no wifi

Optimum is the definition of an American monopoly that gives its customers the short end of the stick. Horrible Customer Service. For the longest time, they were the only internet service available in my neighborhood.I returned my equipment today and it has never felt better to be done with Optimum. Its an aging business that knows it and squeezes its customers for everything it can get. I now have T-Mobile internet at home, its faster, cheaper, and all wireless. Goodbye Optimum!
