Very Clean Very Professional staff at this Daycare . Extremely Organized curriculum. A little pricey but it's second to none .

This institution is very clean and well kempt. The curriculum is basically the same as any other childcare institutions to foster children's learning and development. There are many pros and cons about this institution. The Director Megan Bowden is exceptional, she ensures that children at her institution is well taken care of even though she has some staffs that careless about the children; (that she's not aware of) she's definitely going to provide support for every child and parent in her care as well as her staff. Kathy another Director is pretty much of an authoritarian, she loves to dictate and in my opinion based on my experiences, have little to no respect for employees. Some of the employees at this institution treats children like just a paycheck, they lack patience, tolerance, love and effective communication, also they'll snitch and lie in the blink of an eye. I was a former Teacher Assistant and I was fired for no reason, maybe because I stood up for myself and demanded respect as an employee or maybe because I have a journal of documented observations. Well I'm not sure, as I was being disrespected by the Assistant Director Abigail and the Directors sided with her. Overall I loved the environment of being able to take care of the children which I'm passionate about especially the infants. They're always hiring and Ms. Megan should take into consideration hiring staffs members that are for the love of children and the love of their job, do not allow desperation to force you into hiring people that are just looking for a paycheck because parents are gullibly thinking that the smiles and pretty faces they see at the start and end of a shift is what they're basically getting. Pretty much disappointed how they deprived me of a job furthermore they'll go as far as blacklisting you if you try to apply to other franchises because they've done that to me and I thought that's rather unfair. NeverthelessI do hope they'll find suitable staffs to fulfill their requirements. It was indeed a learning experience.

I love how much my daughter is learning at Lightbridge. They have a well developed program with a curriculum that is geared toward student learning and growth. The teachers are sweet and are so kind to the children. I also love the option of having live feed to check on my little one. It’s especially helpful for first time daycare parents. It was a rough transition at first but now my daughter loves going to daycare.

My youngest was born 8 months before the covid lockdown and in those uncertain times came different ways of doing things. Needless to say Mom of four ranging from adults to now toddler I see the difference between raising a child in normal conditions VS a pandemic. With every effort I tried to socialize my son safely.We recently decided he could use more social interaction and get used to having a little independence from me. Three days a week our Son goes to Lightbridge Academy and like any new routine came challenges however the partnership between staff and teachers and parents seem to be a pleasant one. This is our second Month being apart of this new family and as scared as I was I see so much Growth in my son. I feel confident that my son has made new friends and wonderful caregivers to help create a loving environment of learning and learning through play with other children his age. Sharing was a major battle we no longer have concern and separation anxiety was an issue that is slowly leaving.Now let’s review there overall structure. Lightbridge is a learning base daycare with flexible program to go along with the kid’s interest. They have a cute outdoor safe playground with a camera system (you can watch) at a small fee. They have a healthy lunch option with snacks if you choose at a small fee. There price is in close proximity as other daycares. What you will find is they have longer hours if needed at NO additional cost “big savings” for commuter’s. Last but not least I am a clean freak/Germ crazy mama…… the school is always clean and never smells as they also do there best to communicate when a child has been sick in or around each other.I have to say I waited to write this review and as December approaches nearing my child’s third Month in this school/daycare I’m a happier Mom and so is my baby boy. My triplets really love this school. My kids learned so much from Lightbridge. The teachers are patient and really care about your children. I looked at a ton of schools before I decided on signing them up and decided to go with this Lightbridge because of how friendly and nurturing the Directors and teachers were on our visit. Also this was the only school in our area that was doing painting and arts and crafts with 2 year old toddlers. The Directors Megan and Kathy are always very professional and really care about your kids.

Always different teachers in the room. Which is hard for a child to get adjusted and Ms.Becca is kind of rough with the kids and not comforting at all.

This is a wonderful place for your little one. Our son has been at the center for about 2 years now. Started at yellow duck with Ms. Kathryn and Ms.Melanie both wonderful. Now he is in Brown Bears with Mr. Dillion, Ms. Dale and Ms. Becca and we love them too. Overall the centers teachers and staff are very thoughtful, loving and professional. There have been changes in staff and teachers throughout our time there, but there are a few folks that are always there and who you can most definitely count on. The regional director, Kathy Sierra is so devoted, professional and truly dedicated to the children and staff`s well being.It's refreshing to walk into a daycare where everyone greets you with such positive energy on the daily.

I love how clean, and how transparent they are! You have access to parent view so you can see what’s going on. You get picture updates and communication is key! I could not say enough good things about Lightbridge Academy! My son is thriving!

i highly recommend Lightbridge Academy of Sayreville as the staff is extremely caring .The class rooms are very neat and organized .My son went for an year and he had a wonderful experience .

I can’t thank enough the center , they have the most loving teachers at the daycare .. Ms Veronika , Ms Sai , Ms niyani & Ms yalilly were the teachers my daughter was under and she couldn’t get that much care and love anywhere else . Such a wonderful daycare I would give 10stars . And the front desk staff are mostly loving and welcoming always , thank u so much ? Lightbridge Sayreville.. the best daycare ever !!
