My grandmother’s passing hit my family hard, but the staff at the funeral home were so adept, compassionate, and sincere. She was picked up and brought to the funeral home with reverence and respect. When we came in the following day, they had all of the records from my grandfather’s passing 22 years ago and knew all of the details of what needed to be arranged before we even walked in the door. There was an attendant at the door on the evening of the wake and the staff were quietly present and helpful and unobtrusive. And my grandmother looked radiant; it was such a comfort to see her looking so beautiful after how hard the weeks before her passing had been.Thank you to everyone at Costello-Runyon for honoring her legacy so wonderfully.”
