“This is seriously the best homegoods I've ever been to compared to the other one in Princeton and even in Texas! It has sooooo many goodies and amazing decorations. You go in looking for nothing and are so pleasantly surprised with the assortment of things. I bought the best smelling candlesticks, candle holders, Christmas decorations, gift wrap, you name it. Idk why but this one is the goat. Only thing that is kind of annoying is that the aisles are kinda small so if you have a cart you will have to go in one at a time.”

“I went to get a storage box, but there was a lot of really nice things for the house at good prices. I did pick up three items that were bathroom accessories that didn’t have prices on them… the team there however, was very very sweet and very patient. They tried their hardest to look up all of the SKUs so that I would be able to purchase the items I was there for longer than expected but honestly, they did their best and were so nice. I didn’t catch the name of the woman in the front that was ringing me out, but she was very nice to everyone that she was ringing up and it was a pleasant experience overall. As a retail district manager, I really appreciate great service and I didn’t have the highest expectations going in, but I definitely appreciated all of the employees that were there.”

“This place has a number of really cool stores. Including Chick-fil-A if you like that thing. There is an odd lot store which has a lot of reasonably priced items. They are also opening a number of other stores here. A Burlington Coat Factory which has pretty good stuff and a dollar store. I'll also there is a Taco Bell not a big fan myself but I guess there are people out there like that.”

“Kai and Nadyeh were very professional, patient, and invested in my complex issue. I bought a tampered product which did not include the contents labeled on the box. I went back to return it within the hour. Kai took the time to let me explain and digest my information before telling me what he could and could not do. He kept me informed while he tried to find a reasonable resolution. We tagged in customer relations for help via phone support (A completely unconcerned woman, who I admittedly kept on the the phone until we got to a resolution.) She acknowledged my problem but told me: "Too bad, you are out the $150 you spent because that SKU is labeled as non-returnable" and she said she will let the Target company leaders know so they can look into the quality of the product... SERIOUSLY!? Nadyeh overcame computer system hurdles and a busy store and met me emotionally and professionally where I needed because she could see how upset the situation was making me. Kai and Nadyeh are customer experience champions who made a situation where I would have called-out Target on social media into one where I am leaving 5 stars despite my poor experience with the purchase/return. Please keep empowering your frontline employees to make adjustments without lack-luster phone support because they are much more qualified to make these business-impacting decisions. The store was clean and well-staffed, and employees at the checkout lanes was a pleasant change from other retailers.”

“This Burlington location is very organized. Usually, I have seen Burlington stores not being organized, and cloths are randomly kept on different racks and different size sections. But this place is nicely organized and it makes things easier to find.
However, as other Burlington stores, there is always a line at check out as usually only one or two checkout counters are open. Be prepared to wait 5-15 mins in checkout line.”

“This was always my favorite Nordstrom growing up. I remember the piano on the second floor and I loved the layout of the store. I always prefer the original versions of the Nordstrom compared to the newer ones like at Cherry Hill. Every time I go here it makes me think of the good times and it literally reminds me of how the Nordstrom in Freehold looked since they were both closely identical. I’m always going to miss the 3rd floor when they had all of the floors open for customers to shop. The staff at this Nordstrom is always the best, I never felt pressured to buy anything. The only thing I’m sad about is how the restaurant cafe on the second floor closed and how they got rid of the David Yurman on the first floor. This is not a complaint but more me just feeling worried about this location. I always loved this Nordstrom and I hope that it can continue to stay in Edison forever as it is nice to have a Nordstrom so close by to my house when I do not want to drive to Garden State Plaza in Paramus or Short Hills. This Nordstrom is one of the best things about Menlo Park Mall and I’m always so happy to visit here and spend my money at this location.”

“I can check out my items on my own... I don't need an employee breathing down my neck I KNOW HOW TO USE SELF CHECK OUT LEAVE ME ALONE and they are required to say "hello welcome to five below" every two seconds it's really annoying. but everything else is ok.”
