All employees were exceptionally patient, knowledgeable and caring. They even walked me over to the item I needed and helped me make a decision. They assured me the "dual-flash drive" would work and stayed with me to be sure it did.

OMG. Customer service DOES still exists. Jenny in copy center went above and beyond to fix up my old school "blueprint" (Google it if you don't know what they looked like before PDFs and CAD.) Taped all rough edges like a surgeon. Came out perfect. I think the others on line were entertained as well. Thank you store #07656. Jenny is the best advertising you got! I looked at reviews on other stores. Not pretty. Took my chance that Park Ridge would come thru. Was not disappointed. Thank you Jenny!

Suggestion!! Staples maybe you should put a sign on the door paying customers not welcome Or warning "Staff too busy to be curtious. I came here Monday 4/8 10:30 am to do a quick print job as my printer is not working. I can't explain how awkward I felt asking for help. There was issues with the printers any hoots I was there for an hou. I decided to go back today Saturday 4/13/25 maybe someone different would be working, happily to see this was the case. Disappointingly same attitude and the staff in the printing area had no problem showing me to my face that they didn't care that I needed help, in fact said we are too busy yet there was only two other customers in the store. I dont think I need to explain the whole story as I'm sure lots more people have had the same experience probably why the store has no customers. I thrive on positivity so lesson is dont Go where you know you're not welcome.

This review is for the printing department. I have used their services three times recently- once for Christmas cards and twice for photo prints. Every time, the images have come out incredibly miscolored and red toned. My children’s faces in the Christmas card were unrecognizable to me. The staff was very nice in trying to fix the issue, but I think they are just not working with great equipment. I cannot recommend using them for any type of photo or image printing. I always come here to either return stuff for amazon or purchase anything I need. The staff is friendly and I am in and out without issue.
