Park Ridge Pharmacy goes above and beyond. They took the initiative to call Pfizer to obtain a coupon for my mother to avoid a $460 deductible for her Paxlovid prescription. Even with Medicare and supplemental insurance and RX benefits, we would have been required to pay such a high deductible if it were not for the help of Park Ridge Pharmacy. Now, my mother can obtain this critical medication for zero dollars. This is one instance among so many where Park Ridge Pharmacy goes above and beyond to help their clients. They have come to our home to provide vaccinations to my mother, and always send important reminders. Not to mention, their staff is knowledgeable and there are no wait times. Thank you Park Ridge Pharmacy!

The best little pharmacy in the area! So glad they are here. Professional, friendly little mom and pop. They actually care. They fill scripts timely and send texts when they are ready. Always helpful with questions and always trying to help!! The owner and his team are so great. . Highly recommend them!!!!

Shout out! PR pharmacy has been nothing but helpful in some complicated times with our insurance. Always answer the phone and offer to help in any way they can. We highly recommend them. They stand behind and are advocates for their customers.

It is wonderful having a neighborhood pharmacy as an alternative to a chain. We were grateful for the service for several on-site Covid tests. We have transferred all our prescriptions here, enjoying the reliability and the personal connection. Park Ridge Pharmacy is a welcome gift.

I have been going to this pharmacy for Covid vaccines and boosters for the past 2 years with my elderly mother. They have been professional at all times and most importantly they have been kind and accommodating to mom. We are happy they are here.

If I knew how to give zero stars I would. This is by far the worst mom and pop pharmacy I have ever been to in my entire life I've been to many. The owner/manager is a horrible misogynistic racist human being who is all about profit. If you believe that the customer should be treated with respect and honesty, do not give this man or this pharmacy your business. Good luck!!

This place is such a welcome addition to Park Ridge. I hated the moment I had to go to CVS to pick up a prescription and Park Ridge Pharmacy is the polar opposite. The owner is friendly, attentive and even does home delivery. I immediate moved all of my families prescriptions across. Highly recommended.

I had scheduled an appointment for a vaccine booster through the State’s website for today at 3PM. When I arrived I was told that the pharmacy was closed, that they were only administering vaccines to people who had appointments (and I did have an appointment, but apparently if you don’t make one with them directly it doesn’t matter), and to come back another time, not caring in the least if I had to make arrangements on a busy day like the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Needless to say, I won’t go back there, even for an aspirin. Poor professionalism and customer service. One would think, in 2021, that the very moment the pharmacy started administering vaccines following State’s guidelines, it would be in sync with the State website that directs people there. Nope.EDIT: I’m responding to the pharmacy’s comment. I did not receive any call on Thanksgiving Day from the Park Ridge pharmacy (or from ANY pharmacy). Nice try. Plus, if it was closed at 3pm the day before Thanksgiving, why would they be open on Thanksgiving Day JUST TO CALL ME??? Also, the pharmacy wasn’t closed at 3pm on the day before Thanksgiving as a favor to the employees: when I was there I was told that the pharmacy had closed to vaccinate the members of a local organization and that the pharmacy doesn’t go by the State of New Jersey’s Department of Health and that if I schedule an appointment through the State site it will not be honored by the pharmacy. In other words, I was given a nice “screw you, I’m busy” - definitely not a message like “I’m serving the community”. In any case, I sent a detailed note to the NJ Dept. of Health to see if a pharmacy licensed by the State and operating within it can blatantly disregard vaccination appointments made on the State website. If you don’t want to go by the State’s scheduling, then remove your name from that list and that way you’ll definitely serve better your community.

I went there today with my husband and son to get the Pfizer booster shot. We were able to check in right away, gave our info to the very helpful man at the front, and waited 5 - 10 minutes. The man who gave the shots was very pleasant and efficient, and the shot was painless. We waited a little while after for reactions and the man from the front who checked us in came over to see how we were doing and gave us some post-vaccine tips. Altogether a wonderful experience, including making the appointment on the website. If they were closer I would transfer all my prescriptions there!
