It's a family run enterprise and the star is the matriarch Kiymet. She handles the expert tailoring done at the shop. I have had several jackets, coats and pants taken in since my weight loss. She is an expert at her art. Her advise is always on point. Needless to say, I have been completely satisfied with her amazing work. “Gentle Touch is our go to for anything clothing related! My husband needed a few suit pants/jackets taken in. The owners knew exactly where to make the alterations and they came out perfectly. The suits fitted so much better and the stitching was flawless.I have had a few blouses to have dry cleaned. The owners noticed a cluster of small oil stains I had and took the time to clean it out. I honestly didn’t think they’d come out so I left it, but they were able to get it out.I also appreciate that they have organic dry cleaning. They press all of our items neatly and when I take out my clothing from the protectors, there isn’t a harsh chemical smell that some cleaners might leave behind.They’re also super accommodating if you’re in a rush.The owners have been running this place for a long time. “June 2018 We have been bringing our dry cleaning to North Broadway Cleaners for years. This morning I tried on a pair of suit pants to wear to a wedding tomorrow and they were too big. I called Yoon at about 8:30A this morning. Without identifying myself, I asked if she could to 24 hour alterations. She asked what needed to be done and after I explained she said she could do it. It's 5:15P the same day and I just picked them up and she only charged me $18. Amazing turnaround...Amazing alterations. Thank You Yoon. +5 more stars.”

“My friend sneakers (DIORS) were RUIN after a party with people spills just about everything on them. to make matters worse my friend also felt and red bodily fluid unbeknownst to me was also dried up on the sneakers as well and NESTY were Able to get all the stains out completely restoring the sneakers as if Dior gave her a new pair... NESTY IS THE BEST... it's also located in a great section in Paterson.... the owner was sooooooo professional and he was completed on the date indicated... THEREFORE.. before you throw away your sneakers or UGGS... please go to Nesty to remove ALL STAINS.. you will be amazed... REAL PERSON... please feel free to email me [email protected] i know people be lying I have integrity... I felt horrible I didn't have a tip because he did such a great job.... Brought coat here..owner laid the coat flat on counter n instructed me on how to use the zipper properly and that boyfriend's coat did not need a zipper! “We were traveling on a road trip, in from California. We needed our clothes dry cleaned. I saw this company had good reviews and same day service. I called them and the person on the phone said as long as I drop off before 10 a.m. we could have our clothes by 3 p.m. same day. We had 1 mens suit, 1 womens skirt and 1 womans light fuzzy coat. We dropped off at 9:30 a.m. and picked up at 3 p.m. they did a great job. We also had really friendly people for both drop off and pick up. I recommend this dry cleaners and would definitely use them again.”
