I don't know if it only happened to us, we have Zara in our country, but the products here are prettier, more affordable, the sizes are more in line with what I expected, and the prices and offers are much better and more honorable. to the Brand.

I see so many other reviews saying the same thing- the staff are so unnecessarily rude and non helpful. I was trying to find a size in an item that was not on the floor. It said online they have the item in stock in almost all sizes. Lack of communication had me waiting there almost an hour and still no items and then they said “oh well they must not have found them in the stockroom.” Just a really unfriendly, unwelcoming staff which is a bummer because it is a nice store.

Poor customer service. I went for an online pick up and it’s like they don’t want to help at all, and honestly if you are not gonna help customers then quit. They lost another customer.

I went into this Zara to look for grey jeans apparently they didn’t have any out at the moment. Anyways I had brought a pair of pants from Zara to exchange them and the ladies who work register said they will just ask the manager to see what he wanted to do in this case about it. Mind you i didn’t ask to see manger but since they wanted to ask him, I didn’t mind it. Yo when i tell you that Manager is rude as hell, and so passive aggressive. Talking to me in a very rude way when all he could have said was “No” but the way he was talking to me yo he lucky i didn’t slap him fr ? also that lady security guard in there is weird she kept standing around me or she’ll just be walking around like girl? making people feel uncomfortable. But yeah I don’t recommend trying to talk to managers at this store they’re rude .

Working in retail is not easy especially in Zara. I've never worked in any Zara, but for sure I know it's a lot of work, especially in this location. All I want to say is, the staffs in this location are really nice and patience. You don't see their annoying faces or unfriendly manner. Thank you for maintaining the store for us to shop. I love Zara.

As an avid shopper at Zara both internationally and in the US, I was very disgusted with my experience at the Paramus NJ store! After shopping on the 17th at another location I was sent to Paramus and told that this store had “an abundance” of the item I needed in stock. After not seeing the item/ size I needed on the sales floor, I asked an associate and was told they would find it in the stock room and it would take 15/20 minutes. I spent that time shopping in the store; however, after over 30 minutes I asked if they had located the item and was told they were still looking for it. I continued shopping and about an hour later I asked again, and to my surprise was now told the item was not in stock. I then asked to speak to a manager, and the associate walked away from me. I then went to the register and insisted on speaking to a manager after being completely ignored. The cashier sent the manager over and I explained to him that I had come over 40 minutes away, explained my negative experience on the sales floor, and stated that if I was told the item was not there from the beginning I would not have waited there this whole time. After telling him this was not acceptable and my children have all worked in the retail industry, and noted that his time is valuable but so is mine… he finally decided to look on his phone for the item. He saw that it showed as though the item was in stock but for some reason they were not able to locate it. He said to wait a minute to see what he could do. Before trying to locate it he went over to his associates in front of everyone in the store, without showing any discretion whatsoever, and proceeded to say “don’t worry it’s not about you, you’re fine.” I didn’t appreciate his unprofessional demeanor implying that this is my fault. After less than five minutes the manager shoved the item towards me and promptly walked away, without an explanation, without an apology and without any regard to the valuable time that was wasted. I then was forced to wait at the end of the line, and when I finally got to the front, the cashier even acknowledged that I should not have been forced to wait and stated “you should not have had to wait an unreasonably long time.” I then stated “maybe they should make you the manager of this store, because clearly you have better customer service skills.” I love Zara, my whole family loves Zara, and to be treated this way by management, no less, I’m completely disgusted, and if I could leave this store 0 stars I would!

Went in with my wife and daughter, found 2 sweaters, and waited behind 11 other people for 36 minutes with only 1 register open and 7 employees walking around the store ( saw the line, but did nothing to assist). I bought a time share that took less time than this nonsense. Just awful, shame on them.
