Vision Works (Paramus) is always clean and well organized. The front end staff is terrific! Dr. Krav takes her time and explains everything. She saved my eyesight and my husband’s eyesight (we had two very different issues). I highly recommend Vision Works Paramus!

They have very bad service, they always attend to you after an hour of your appointment and they want to charge you for everything.

I came here at the end of December for an eye exam and for new glasses. I realize that is a hectic time, as everyone who has benefits is trying to use them up before year end. People were complaining about the wait time, but I didn't have any problem and thought everyone working did a great job considering how busy it was. The eye doctor who examined me was excellent, and the woman who helped me pick my frames was patient and explained everything.I did experience one hiccup. I ordered one pair of prescription glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses. Each pair arrived on a different day. Unfortunately, the order for the sunglasses was incorrect (hey, things happen). I was informed it would take about a week for the new pair to arrive, but it took longer. I was not informed about my new order number or the delay. Calling the store was frustrating, as no one answered the phones. I had to call the main customer service number to get my new order number and the estimated time. I would have appreciated if the staff at the store were more conservative in their estimate of when my order would be ready and were clearer when providing what happens with a mistake/new order information.Otherwise, my experience here was better than a lot of other eye doctors and stores I've gone to previously. I'd give this place another chance but would hope they won't make another mistake.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Dr Krav insisted on glaucoma test even though I told her it is one of my seizure triggers. When I proceeded to seize immediately after the puff of air she ran out of the room and said to my husband she can see me when I feel better. Not only is it inexcusable as a Dr, it is absolutely inexcusable as a human being.

I would never return to this store next time. We have an appointment at 4 pm and doctor checked us at 5:30 pm. When we visited at 4 pm, staff says can you please take look frames. so its their trick to keep you waiting so that you can look frames and buy it from there. Simply horrible. I have not seen such 2 hours of visit for glasses. I would never visit this place again.Note: when I complain about such long wait, staff said doctor is so through so it took time. Sorry disagree. doctor just kicked us out in 10 mins. Its their game to sell frames by keep waiting us.

Go somewhere else.They will reschedule your appointment without calling you to confirm or anything. Just an email saying “hey we changed your appointment”. Cause it’s not like people pick specific times for reasons like work or school.

I’ve been coming here for years! Never had any issues, old staff amazing, new staff it’s like a hit or miss. The doctors are amazing and this is the only reason why I’m returning BUT… about a month ago I had an appointment with my 77 year old mom. We had 4 pm appointment, mind you they canceled my appointment one week prior because they were overbooked. We get there at 4:07, and they literally turned us away. Front desk asked the “manager” and the manager said there was nothing she can do. I was fuming ? my inner ego wanted my Karen to come out, but decided it’s not worth my aggravation- I’ll save her for next time. I did give them a piece of my mind and told them how unprofessional they were! I get you guys wanna go home but honeys you don’t turn a patient away for being late 7 minutes. 15-20 absolutely but 7???!! Shame on that manager! And the reason they left a sour taste in my mouth is because I’m a Manager my self! Therefore absolutely no excuse!

First of all the customer service was excellent! We were happily met by Jess at the front counter and then the eye technicians that assisted with the testing. From there, we met with the eye doctor. She was patient, kind and thorough with our examination. Another technician also repaired my old glasses during the wait. Everyone at this store was professional, courteous, helpful and efficient. There was some wait time; however, Jess was always sure to communicate effectively with every anticipated delay. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with the team at this Paramus location.
