“My family and I consulted Dr. DeSantis based on a recommendation from a co-worker. We were not getting satisfactory answers from our current veterinarian regarding our dog, Lulu, who wasn't eating and had lost significant weight.
Dr. DeSantis's dedication was evident from the start. He conducted a comprehensive examination, reviewed Lulu's medical records, and advised us to make immediate changes to her medication. He ordered additional tests, but unfortunately, nothing conclusive was found.
After further discussion, he recommended that Lulu undergo another ultrasound. Unfortunately, this revealed cancer in her spleen, stomach, and other areas. Throughout this difficult time, Dr. DeSantis was respectful and kind, responding to my emails promptly.
Saying goodbye to our dog was heartbreaking, but Dr. DeSantis made the situation more bearable. He explained the process of pet euthanasia and was very compassionate and caring. I could understand that it was the best for our Lulu. We trust Dr. DeSantis and have decided to bring our other pets in to see him.”
