THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I EVER SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. HOPE I COULD GIVE ZERO RATING. Whatever this store commit never does that and will leave us on customer service where they will waste your time and screw you! Manager started fighting with me rather than helping and denied me to help.

I was refused to be serviced since I did not have an appointment. I was told there weren’t any available appointments for the rest of the day so to try again tomorrow. I was looking to upgrade my phone but instead I just walked over to T-Mobile and they were able to sign me up right away. Verizon is overpriced and never gave me the correct credit for a trade in I previously sent in so I am glad to be done with them.

Very nice employees and a well organized store. The check in experience ensures there is never chaos over who is next to be worked on and the employees are sure to only focus on you when it is your turn. Nice that it is open late too.

Wanda was so helpful and informative. Grade A customer service. I have had issues at pervious verizon stores where it seemed like they didn't want to be there. They can all learn a lot from Wanda. I am not a huge fan of coming to the mall but for any of my Verizon needs I will be coming here! Thank you!!!

I wish I had read reviews before returning back to this store. My mom needed a new phone so because of previous customer service (it’s been a year or two), we came back.We were asked if we wanted to add the line to save money instead of just replacing it and I said no. The process went fairly quickly. Mind you, while he’s assisting us, he was constantly texting on his personal phone. I did not get his name, but he has a picture of I’m guessing his son on the back of phone and a black wedding band.Hours later, something told me to check our Verizon wireless account. The fvvking line was ADDED when I dead told him not to. So I had to call Verizon support to remove the line. THEN I’ve been trying to update my Apple settings, but it order to verify, they have to send the OLD number a verification code. Since the line is disconnected, there’s no way of getting verified. I’ve been at this ish for 2 hours back and forth with Verizon and Apple support.We paid and never got a receipt or printout of anything.

Verizon, as a company with his own customers, is just bad 100%. They had lied to me in every call I made in the last two days, at the store the people working there won't even try their best to help out their customers, Verizon gets you to say yes to promotions but when it comes to see final numbers and rates is not what it was promised, if you go to upgrade or trade in your phone they want you to pay $30 to transfer information from the old phone to the new one, and honestly if you are a loyal customer and a customer that is never late with payments ,at least Verizon can be loyal to you too and do their best to keep you a happy customer, but Verizon don't care or the people working at the Verizon Garden State Plaza , so my experience with them once again was a horrible experience, I'm now forced to switch to a company that has a much better customer service (T-mobile) but their area of service is not so good.

Manager JORGE refused to waive a $29 activation fee despite agents recommendation to do so. We spent over an hour here trying to activate a new phone and couldn't get it done online so needed a store agent to help. So petty and short sighted for a manager to treat loyal customers this way.
