Terrible service from start to finish! Customer neglect, harassment and no help what so ever. And they are extremely inflexible when they could simply fix a very small problem by making a simple call but they made it seem to diffcult to do that. I'm debating making a claim because this is the most ridiculous customer service I've ever received in my life. If your so unwilling to assist me you should be immediately fired.
Will not be returning!

I was greeted and helped right away. Andrew helped me out with two things and did a great job. Very pleasant and gave me helpful information - even gave me additional information to be of assistance. We even tested/tried two things before I left the store. He did a great job and I just want to say thanks a lot!

Me and my wife, we stop by at the corporate Verizon store in Paramus at route 17! We had a very bad experience!!!
My wife called Verizon for a different issue, but they offer her a good deal for our cell phones so we ordered three new phones and we were gonna return the old ones and the lady told her go to the nearest Verizon store to help you set them up!
We went to the nearest store in Fair lawn and they told us they’re gonna charge us for the activation,It’s not what the lady on the phone told us!!! He said go to corporate store and then we went to the one in route 17!
We were there like 5:45 there were only a few customers and they were like 4 associates and two managers. They seem helpful in the beginning, but after that, we were there until they close at 8 PM!!
The young lady that was setting up our phones she just started so she didn’t know anything about it!! And she was helping some other customers in meantime which that was very inappropriate!! While there wore two managers just standing there doing nothing!!!
And we have a problem with my wife’s cell phone. They can figure it out. They say call the corporate tomorrow because we closing down so my wife had no phone yesterday and all day today until she went to the corporate store in route 4 and the guy named Chris he figure it out in two minutes!!!!
What bothers me is that I’m a business owner myself and customer service it’s the main thing!! When we were about to leave the store was after 8 PM they were closing down. She just stood there we said good night she didn’t say a word. She just look at us like we were wasting her time!!!
I would never recommend that store to anybody!!

I was having trouble with my service and sat on the phone with Verizon support for hours. I decided to go to the store and the customer service was hands down the best experience I have had at any Verizon store. Ed the store manager is attentive, friendly and puts customers 1st! Thank you to Ed and his team.

Go somewhere else!!! We were there for 3 hours in total today. We waited to have our data transferred to new phones and once it was complete were told that they mistakenly sold us phones that were supposed to be shipped so we couldn't keep them. They wiped the phones we had just waited to have the data transferred to and got us different ones. When I went to speak with the manager, Edwin, he said "everyone knows it takes all day to get a new phone, Verizon made the mistake it wasn't us". As we continued to speak he was dismissive, arrogant, condescending and completely unapologetic for what had occurred. He told me if I had an issue it was with corporate as they had done nothing wrong.

Normally, I hate going to get an upgrade or new phone because of past experiences, even at this location where you feel uncomfortable because the sales person is being pushy, shady and later find out things were snuck in or upsold. I needed a new phone and was dreading going, but after a month of putting it off I finally just had to go. This visit a sales representative by the name Steve assisted me and he was friendly NOT PUSHY, very upfront and honest. Can't remember the last time I left a phone store not feeling like I got ripped off. I'm not a tech savvy person,so I'm always skeptical based on past experiences but this was a fantastic pleasant experience. Thank you Steve!

If Google would allow it, I would give this store zero stars. The female employee with the Snooki bun is an affront to humanity. She is extraordinarily nasty. I do not understand how someone who is this rude to customers has a job. Awful experience. I will never return to this location.

an update.. NO ONE from the store reached out like they said so it was not as concerning as they implied..so i'm still paying for a free phone!!! going to try at the store again this time I will not be so polite!

Do not open any accounts with them. If you have auto pay they will charge you months after you're disconnecting date. This company is nothing but a scam and every time you try to get some help from some actual Representatives they can assist you they can only put you on a 1-800 number. Verizon has the worst customer service out of any business / company that I've ever dealt with. So now that I disconnected my account that had auto pay nobody can help me and nobody can stop it from charging me. Total scam

I can’t say enough good things about our experience in this Verizon store! After my son was the victim of fraud they were able to rectify the situation. Arif and Mathew were spectacular. I can’t thank them enough. They both made an awful situation better. Thanks guys!
