These people intentionally sent my package to Kentucky instead of New York now it's gone. It was a 70 dollar overnight document envelope. I'd remind anyone working there that tampering with the mail, including UPS and Fedex, is a Felony.

I drop off packages several times a week and have always enjoyed the friendly staff. It's nice to see the same staff as it's personable. Been going here close to 2 years and always pleasant. Wish them lots of success

Had 2 packages to return without any return labels. The staff there was amazing, I believe Mona was her name, she helped me print new labels and taped the boxes free of charge in just 5 minutes. Honestly the negative reviews here are to be ignored, I'm glad I went!

So I have been coming here lately to drop off my Amazon returns. As you all probably know, sometimes Amazon only gives you a code, or you're given a label, sometimes you pack, sometimes you don't. I brought one box that came with a code. Typically I tape things up even if Amazon doesn't require repackaging. It was a medium size box and needed one 18 once piece of tape. UPS wouldn't just quickly tape it. Nope... they either were going to charge me $2 for using their tape or $4.25 for buying a new one. Amazon contracts with UPS and gives them a ton of $$$. I'll never come back to this UPS again for any of my mailing needs

Amazing staff - they opened me a door while I was carrying large boxes and then extended their table so that I can easily put them. Will definitely use them next time I am doing returns or mailing!

Excellent staff and service. I had 2 packages, one with a label already and one that needed a label. Drop-off for the labeled one was simple and smooth and purchasing a label was quicker than it has ever been at a UPS location. Everything was completed with a smile by the lovely staff :).Disclaimer: this is not the closest store to my house, but I enjoyed it so much I will drive the extra few minutes to use this location.10/10 recommend
