“Not only have i been here once but twice. i rented a car from here and the calm setting when i walked in was amazing. i walked in with four people in front of me and even though the floor was packed but the manager and the employee greeted me. they also took great care of me through the whole process and even was patient enough to wait for me while i was on the phone over all great service and i will be writing another review once i get there names.”

“A drunken gentleman stumbled to my post on St Nicholas at 168 and begged for help getting home. He was barely coherent, lacked full motor control and was flashing money like a tourist from the dumbest part of the world. Trying to get straight answers out of him was nearly impossible. He showed us his destination in the Maps app and it was then, between screens, that I saw a picture - his wallpaper - of a toddler. I exfoliates him bravely for being so irresponsible when he had something to live for. I found a card for the car service ice around the corner, called a car, bundled him in it and sent him on his way. They were fast, didn't complain, and the car smelled nice, so I hope he didn't make a mess.”

“It has its good days and bad days the weekend is long wait Friday through saterday take extra time to travel for you to make it to your location on time also lately a lot of homeless people in the subway I see they are constantly washing down the floors and benches to clean stations the fair is 2.90”
“The dispatcher is never there at porth authority.And the ticket they sell have instructions in the back to break them and the dispatcher contradict writing.The company should send supervisor to make sure they stay in there place of dispatcher have to and don't leave early.Also busses from new jersey stop work at 8pm and you take state buses.”
