The place is amazing. They have top of the line equipment including cryotherapy, in-body scan, sauna. The place has an outstanding set up to meet all your fitness needs. Amra is a phenomenal trainer, best workout I ever had. She's dedicated, inspiring and ready to push you to work hard to see results you desire.

Very professional and courteous staff. Great environment for training. And great, fun workouts. My 11 year old son, who is not into working out yet, loved it.
