Made an online purchase for a shoe that was $138.60 and with tax came out to be $150.90. I took it back to the store for a refund as the shoe didnt fit, and was told that I would only be getting $138.00 back because I bought the shoe online and online orders don’t qualify for refund of the tax on the order. When I asked the store associate why, he responded they can only give full refunds back for mail in refunds. Not even sure if that is legal to withhold the tax I paid on an order.

Went to Timberland in Garden State with my son who wanted to treat himself with new boots. We were greeted and assisted by a nice young man, Geo who was very informative, patient, helpful and the most professional sales rep met during this holiday season! Jon was also very kind and a pleasure. Thanks guys! Recommend them to everyone.

Let's make it short & sweet. High price = high quality, Thats all what can I see, Clothes, wallets and specially the Shoes, My son has flat foot and the only place help me with a good Shoes to support his feet, Awesome service, Free parking available, Highly recommended.Don't forget to follow my account that you can discover new places and restaurants with me.

Thought the store was cool. Didn't think people still went hard with Tims. But being in the Northeast where it really snows in the winter I can see. Alot variety of shoes and nice jackets.

I live timberland they are the only brand of shoes I buy. This store has a great selection and the sales person who help us man he was awesome. However I have to give 3 stars and not 5 because their was a blonde girl who I think was a manager that also assisted us and she cam off as rude and totally not caring at all. I always believe in treating sales people with respect and was being nice on my end but interacting with her was like rubbing my face on sand paper. She was also super blunt and dismissive.
