On June 8th I went into Tilly's and purchase some t-shirts and a pair of shorts. One of the T-shirts I purchased was a gift. Unfortunately the gift didn't fit well. On June 13th we went back to the store to exchange the shirt for another size and or color. I also accidentally threw the receipt away. I did however purchase with a credit card and have a record of the purchase on my credit card statement. Tilly's refused to even change the shirt without the receipt. I understand if I was trying to return it but I just wanted to exchange, all the tags were on the shirt and it was unworn plus I showed them my credit card statement showing a purchase at Tilly's literally 5 days before. In 5 days it's not like there was any price differences or anything, I just wanted a different size. The credit card statement should be able to act as a receipt since it clearly shows Tilly's and I wasn't asking for money back. I thought that was kind of ridiculous!

The customer service is great here, everyone is very amicable and personable, it’s honestly great! Very welcoming environment and everything is well organized! Couldn’t have had a better experience!
