Do yourself a favor and don't use Elise for your purchase. The woman hates life and is unbelievably nasty. Doesn't know how to talk to customers. The sentiment is shared by other employees I talked to. Not sure how this broad is allowed out of the back of the store. Had nice dealings with Michelle & Randy though.

If you want go through a nightmare and have them screw everything up. This is the place for you. No communication at all. The installers come in not knowing what job they are doing. Things are missing. They deliver everything through the ups and fedex, so your curtains will come in all wrinkled. You shouldn’t be spending thousands of dollars on wrinkled curtains.Completely sloppy

Lorraine Gaudreau went the extra mile! I had a very challenging situation to plan and measure due to window air conditioners that project into the room. She came up with creative solutions and even sent renderings to make sure I would be happy when they were installed. I grade Shade Store and Lorraine an “A+”!

We ordered drapes for our master bedroom windows with blackout lining in a beautiful fabric that looks very elegant. There were 4 panels and one of them was not wide enough, so there was some sunlight coming through the window. I called Lorraine Gaudreau at the Paramus store and she started the process to take care of this issue. After a couple of attempts, finally the problem was solved. Lorraine was in constant communication with me to make sure the issue was being resolved. The drapes look great and we can sleep until late in the morning with no problem, and they look beautiful. Thanks to Ms. Gaudreau and to Ms. Hayley Kolb who provided good customer service and were making sure we were happy with our drapes.
