It's a good mall, not too crowded, less foot traffic, plus they have a decent selection of stores, though I think they should add more restaurants, maybe a "Subway" or something, or a "White Castle" that's just my opinion: UPDATE: And the Christmas trees are up!

Bergen Town Center is the second largest mall in Paramus and continued investment has allowed it to maintain its position as one of the most visited shopping destinations in the market. A $50M renovation was completed in 2020 which added vertical density with a 3rd floor Burlington, Park Assist to the west garage, renovations to the east garage to provide better access, and a new children's play area to the interior portion of the mall. The tenant mix has been significantly upgraded over the last 15 years and further investment and development is planned.
