First time I’ve went there with my kids! They automatically loved it! Staff was so friendly so amazing how nice they were talking to my kids too didn’t ignore them because they were kids! And the doctor Adriana wow definitely made my kids feel safe comfy and listen to word for word what was wrong with my kids. They deff deserve a 100 stars not 5!!! Highly recommend for everyone deff my go to from now on! Thank you so much.

Everyone was very polite from the moment I walked into the facility until I left. I highly recommend this urgent care. Had X-rays taken and Paul the technician was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Excellent care! Clean office and nice support staff, and above all Dr Jill Ziegler continues to prove to be a knowledgeable and kind physician who listens to her patients and explains everything. Highly recommend!

I’m usually extremely weary of going to an urgent care for medical needs. However, sometimes you need to go somewhere that can take you quickly without needing an appointment. I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Zeiger. She took her time to explain what was going on with me (a crazy eye infection) and get me the proper care that I needed. I highly recommend going to her for any of your urgent care needs if you’re looking for someone caring and knowledgeable and thorough.

I’ve been going to The Doctor’s Office since it opened. I feel fortunate that I can always count on their excellent Doctors!
Dr. Jill Zeiger is an extraordinary physician- She listens to her patients concerns and her diagnosis is always spot on.
I always know I’m in good hands with Dr Zeiger……Truly a Caring Doctor!

BAD REVIEW!!! In walks a patient coughing her head off, occasionally into a sweater, which she placed on multiple surfaces. NO MASK & no one offered her one either. The nurse checking my vitals was quite aloof, disconnected & mechanical, not the ideal healthcare aura. I was kept waiting in the patient-room close to an appalling hour.
When I happen to mention the lack of social responsibility & the non availability of masks at the reception, to the medical practitioner, her response was a ghastly, “masks don’t protect you “. Subsequently I was barraged with a long lecture on its ineffectiveness. True, not 100% protected but it offers a certain degree in reducing risk. Filtration efficiency can be improved. Next, people shouldn’t be practicing social distancing either?! & masks made obsolete?
Basically in her books, no protective measures can secure against airborne viruses, while CDC continues to recommend masks in public spaces & specifically as a preventive strategy helpful to reduce risk. Masks remain as a basic means of protection.
Nonetheless I’d give 5 stars to the receptionist, who was cordial & appropriately professional.
I did notice that every negative comment is met with a phone number directed for complaints, whilst highlighting the positive reviews as the norm.

Excellent service and excellent care. Made an appointment same day and was seen right away. Staff is friendly and respectful. PA Adriana was incredibly helpful and kind. Will be going back for all Urgent Care needs.

I recently went in for a UTI. I was put on 3 days of antibiotics. They told me results would be in in 3 days. I called on the 4th day, because I hadn’t been notified. I thought everything was fine . I was leaving for Europe for a vacation that was planned for a year. They told me the results came back and I had a resistant bacteria that could only be cured by going into the hospital for IV antibiotics or another antibiotic which was difficult to get and was very expensive and most insurances didn’t cover.
Well needless to say I was DEVASTATED.
I started calling all pharmacies to see whether they had it. My local pharmacy didn’t have it as well as local Walgreens.
I had put a call into my doctor who was not on duty that day. My husband said I guess we have to cancel this trip. We were being picked up for the airport in 1 hour.
My doctor received the call from his service and called me. I sent him the report you sent. He said ABSOLUTLEY NOT. You don’t give that medication unless the count was over 100,000. My count was a fraction of that.
I will Never return to that facility again.
In addition last year my husband was told he had Covid last year on a rapid. They sent it out and called us 2 days later and said the test came back negative. This was a couple of days before Christmas and we had started making new plans.
I guess it depends on which Doctor you get. I have always been satisfied there.
