Iacona Diamonds is simply the best!! Tony and Michael are not only extremely professional and knowledgable but personable and care about their customers. They worked on my engagement ring with my fiance and I could not be happier with the results. I get a compliment every time I'm with someone about how beautiful it is. Would highly recommend for all your diamond and jewelry needs!

This company needs to do more to prevent fraud by verifying info for online transactions. Like other reviews posted today someone tried to use my credit card to purchase jewelry today on their online store. Strange coincidence that multiple people are having fraud on the same day with this company.... I would stay away.

My Husband had gotten my Engagement Ring at the Diamond Exchange in 2008. August 9th, 2020. We celebrated 12 Years Married. On August 8th, 2020. My Husband took me to the Diamond Exchange because my finger size changed since we got married my Engagement Ring was very tight on my finger and very swollen. My Husband and I looked at Rings and I picked out what I wanted. We went there at 1:00 PM. We were told that we would have to come back to pick up the ring My Husband explained to them that our Anniversary was the next day and that we wanted to wait and leave with the ring.. They were very Professional and said to us that we would have to wait until 4:30PM. We told them that we didn't mind waiting I picked out a New Engagement Ring and a New Wedding Band they were finished at 3:00 PM. I Love Both of my Rings I not only have New Rings from them but I also have my Old Engagement Ring from them also! I will definitely buy more Jewelry from them!

While the selection is great, the staff is snotty and noisy. You can get a decent deal if you haggle with them, much like you would in New York's diamond district (47th st.) I was looking for a fancy bracelet for my wife's birthday in the $4-5K range. The staff annoyed me with their attitudes so I ended up getting her a designer handbag instead. Waste of an hour of my time at this place. Go there if you're prepared to argue over the inflated prices.

I recently moved to the area and was in need of a jeweler to solder my wedding rings together. A parent of a friend had recommended The Diamond Exchange, but I was slightly hesitant based upon some of the reviews online. I emailed Tony to see if this was a service they provided and if so, the cost. I had already met with two previous jewelers in my hometown-one sent my rings out for soldering and it would take Saturday to Saturday, while the other wanted to charge $250 and it would take 4 days. Tony said the service would be $75, including polish and cleaning, and it would be completed in approximately 30 minutes while I waited. So I took my chance and went to The Diamond Exchange. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They did not pressure me to purchase anything while I waited. As promised, Tony had my ring done in half an hour and it came better than I expected! I would absolutely recommend The Diamond Exchange for any jewelry repairs you need. While I did not purchase anything while I was there and therefore cannot review the store from a sales perspective, based upon my experience today, I would go there in the future for any jewelry needs!

TERRIBLE customer service!! I am not sure what the attitude problem is with the sales women (except Kiki). They act like they are doing us a favor or giving jewelry away for free! With the kind of money people are spending the least they can do is not pick a fight with customer or flat out be rude. Never coming back. Taking my business to someone who actually wants to earn their money and show not service to their customers but respect!

Poor customer service. We went in with money to spend on jewelry but the attitude of the sales associate in the store put us off. She was very rude and judgemental. I think she thought we couldn't afford anything in the store. Never going back!
