Everything is overpriced when you can get the same on Amazon for half the price. Understandable, they gotta pay rent. Olverall's customer service was good.

Disappointed. Went in for Bloch Flex tap shoes for my daughter. They did not have them in stock and for a comparable $100+ price assured us that we should buy this pair of SoDance tap shoes. Fast forward 2 months later, my daughter is so disappointed we went to another dance store to get the Bloch. Now we are comparing them. What Dance Bag sold us were hard, higher heeled, heavier and screw falling out 2 months later shoes that are 100% not comparable. They did not seem professional to me. I guess they are good if you know exactly what you need but if they say, “we don’t have that but we do have….” I suggest you leave. And, I called ahead for style and size, and oops they did not have it.

Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff + good selection of all dance related items. We went for my daughter’s pointe shoe fitting and felt really confident in the recommendations we were given. We will be back…often! Thanks for the great service!

Just have to share how I will not go to another dance store ever! Jessica, the owner understood 1000% the struggles of a momma of little ones. My 2 year old son wanted to run after his 3 yr old sister and do toddler things! Instead of being pissy or mad she “got it” which meant the world to me. This is how places should be. They were patient and so kind. For all your dance things please go to Dance bag!

I've been here twice, and my daughter has had a quick and good service. Some things are pricey but worth it.Got my daughter 2 pairs of jazz shoes here, at different times, they were a little pricey, but soooo soft and comfortable. She is picky on what goes on her feet.I know you get what you paid for! LolI do like the fact they address questions to my 9 year old, as far as fit and feel and not just look at me and ask me. That made her feel important. They let her walk a little, make sure she felt comfortable. Which is great since they are 30 minutes away on a good day.I didn't buy anything else. However, they were friendly in asking if I needed anything else but not push. I can appreciate good business skills.Will be returning!

I called this store to see if they sold women's shoes for salsa dancing. The owner answered and helped me over the phone, she confirmed she had my size in stock so I drove by. The owner was extremely helpful, she checked my size, and showed me a bunch of different styles, all very beautiful and I loved them all! I selected one pair at that time, but I plan to go back and buy more if I enjoy the class. I was also able to shop and try on some leotards. Their adult selection is expansive, with great variety, from simple styles to more extravagant ones. Besides having a huge selection for children and adults, their customer service is phenomenal. I highly recommend this store for any of your dance needs.

I needed a leotard and dance tights for my daughter’s school musical. I’ve never had to buy dance wear, but as soon as I walked in I was greeted and everything on my list was easily found. Will definitely return in the future. Thank you!

I have 2 daughters who are both in point shoes. We were fitted by the new owner who was so nice and had an amazing ability to find the PERFECT pointe shoe for both girls!!! My younger daughter has always been in pain in the various shoes she’s tried through the years. The pair we just bought from the Dance Bag is the first ever comfortable pair for her!!!! The new owners are so nice, helpful, knowledgeable and so accommodating!!! I highly recommend!!!!
