I hate the staff. The store is fine, but the staff is pretentious for no reason. Get a grip with the attitude, nobody helps for anything and if you do ask for help they look at you like you’re a burden. If I wanted this treatment, I would’ve gone to Walmart.

Bought an Elva child shelving system from Container Store that shipped with unfiled and very sharp metal rods. Corporate in Texas was unwilling to offer any reimbursement for a problem that should not have been allowed off the factory floor. ‘In these tough times, we are unable to offer any refunds’ not acceptable…a company that values volume over quality.

I had a custom garage space designed by Susan from the container store and it was such a wonderful experience. She came to my house and took all the measurements. We spoke about what my design ideas/needs were and she made it all happen. It also happened to be Elfa garage sale so I saved 30% off the supplies and install!
