Showed up to my appointment after driving an hour to the ‘showroom’ only to find out my appointment had been cancelled.
It turns out I received an email saying my appointment was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. The staff told me it was because someone called out sick. How is there no contingency? People getting sick is not at all unforeseen. Why was an email on the weekend a better contact option than a phone call?
This would have been a catastrophe if not for Lex, who provided amazing service, squeezing me in to get measured so I could at least have some confidence in what I ordered online. Thank you, Lex; Black Tux, not so much.

A complete RIP OFF for the price. Do not buy or rent anything from them. Customer service was outsourced to some different country with people who barely spoke English. They also wouldn’t let me return the suit in person- **I have to mail it. Seriously? Just ridiculous.
