Helpful customer service here. I wanted to just look around, saw watches at decent prices, and asked if they had a certain style in more colors (which they did). The person who carried out the transaction brought out 2 watches for me in blue. I decided to purchase one. Helpful and efficient :)

Alejandra and Kyle are super helpful and polite! Great costumer service at this store. It’s a 45mn drive for me but well worth it. Been here many times and will come soon, hopefully for a snoopy!

Isaid took my information over the phone old school (pen and paper) and I had the watch, which was out of production and so not available online, in two days. I'm in RI and this (Mid December) is their busiest time of year. Amazing customer service.
