I would give this 0 stars if I could. Not even 10 minutes after they "fixed" the screen we pressed on it and it shattered. We went right back and they actually agreed to replace it the next day. After replacing it again, the new screen cracked multiple times from the smallest impacts. I'm not sure what type of glass they use but it's HORRIBLE. Do not go here.

I had some phone screens replaced. The service was fast. The quality was high. The person I dealt with was very direct. Someone else may have interpreted his directness as rudeness, but I had no issues with it.

Gokkian is a very kind man with customer...even though his English is limited...I came to pick up my laptop, another guy was there so stressed out because I was asking for my extension cord....he made me feel bad...having an attitude...why do you bring your own....!!!We have plenty at the store...it's how we do with other stores...Gokkian accepted it when I came to drop my laptop...it should be taped on the I pad so he won't be mad looking for it...This is how business won't last with people like him...!!!Thanks anyway Gokkian...!!!

This is for the Street Talk kiosk that is in front of Banana Republic. If I could give less then 1 star I would. Brought my iPhone 11 Pro Max here for a screen repair after Apple advised that there would be a 4+ hour wait just to enter the store (WHAT A MISTAKE). As I pondered about what to do with my phone within the area of the kiosk I was immediately approached by a overly energetic individual wearing a fake Breitling watch that spoke faster then his own mind could comprehend. Basically what I was able to understand from this “employee” after deciphering his words to the best of my ability was that the phone screen was repairable for a fee of around $280.00. Based on the poor reputation of aftermarket screen repairs, I inquired as to what would happen if the screen replacement was to be defective and the touch accessibility did not work. The response from Street Talk was that they would not charge me for the screen and labor which was the original fee of $280.00. At that point I agreed to have the screen replaced. Fast forward 20 minutes, I return to my phone with a new after market screen. For anyone who doesn’t know anything about after market screen replacement, the newer iPhones lose their True Tone screen feature once an after market screen is put on. I took my phone and discovered this to be true which was no big deal I just wanted the phone to be in working condition which it was at the time of receiving it. I paid the fee and was on my way. After getting the phone back I had to turn it on and off multiple times due to the fact that the touch screen was acting out and opening/closing applications without even being touched. Finally after finding some stability, I placed the phone on my computer desk next to my bed and that’s where it remained until the next day. At that time, I observed the screen to be disconnected from the actual frame of the phone after sitting over night on my desk. The screen had also lost all it touch ability and was completely useless. At that point I returned to my service provider (Verizon) and basically paid off the broken phone in full to upgrade to another phone for around $1000.00.I returned to Street Talk with the phone that was serviced and requested that the screen be replaced after they provided me with a faulty screen. Once again the fake watch wearing lunatic that speaks faster then he can actually think approaches me and assists me. From here I advise him of the issue that occurred. After looking at my phone he continuously states that it’s my fault the screen doesn’t work and repeatedly kept saying the terms “physical damage” while tapping hardly down on the screen of the phone. At this moment I just wanted to fix the screen so that I could transfer all the memory off of it to my new phone. After arguing with the employee who kept blaming me for the “physical damage” to the phone, I requested for the phone with the original after market screen to just be reattached other then providing me with a new screen. This time while they worked on the phone I stood by and observed every detail. While standing at the counter, multiple other customers were returning phones that had been worked on by this business and were stating that their phones were working worse then when they initially brought it to them. While watching the employees toss my phone back and forth like a game of hot potato, I observed one of the employees continuously take the screen of the phone off with a razor and then press it back together with his fingers. The manager “Sam” stated that the “physical damage” to the phone is usually caused by immense pressure on the screen. I watched as this employee squeezed the screen of my phone like a vice with his bare hands across the entire center screen and it’s corners. (Let it be known that the corner of the screen had damage after they originally replaced the screen) Long story short they had to glue the screen down with crazy glue and they handed it to me saying “that’s the best your going to get.” They then tried offering to buy the phone from me for resale.

Please read before you use these people. Street talk are conmen that use the cheapest screens that give you more problems than your cracked screen. I had to go back on two separate occasions bc the gentleman fixed my screen but the phone wasn’t working to receive calls. I had to pick up on speaker every time. I went back and they so called fixed it only for some of the letters not to work. I could go on and on. Just use insurance if you have it. Hope this review saves you money and wasted time. I went to the lotion in Paramus. If I can Tracy a photo I will upload to show you the guy to stay away from. He screwed up my phone and refused to give me a refund for lost time and gas going back and forth. I will go with Assurion they have better quality screens.

Worst service in my life. I went to get a glass screen protector. The screen was tilted and a few bubbles in the inside. The guy with long hair and a beard was threatening me to pay or else he was going to call the cops. I took the glass screen protector off and he broke the screen protector in half and was still demanding for me to pay for it. I have never seen such a rude person like this working in customer service. He has anger issues. I will never buy anything there again.

Horrible!!! I went to get a glass screen protector. The man with long hair/beard was very rude and nasty. He had anger issues for sure. He demanded I pay him with a crocked screen protector as well as bubbles in it. I took the screen protector off and he then got it and poked 3 holes on it with a pen very hard and then broke the screen protector in half in front of me. Afterwords he still demanded I pay for it! He kept threatening me he was going to call the cops. I wish I reported him to security at the time. I have never received such horrible customer service experience before. Today I went to the mall with my mom and she wanted to buy a case. I told her never do any business with him. He does not deserve it.

The worst place I have ever dealt with. My wife and I brought our iPad Pro 9.7 there for a cracked screen. They said that they could fix it. There was nothing else wrong with it when we gave it to them. They also checked it before they took it. When they were done we paid $175 and when we got home and starting using it, it would reset every 90 sec on its own. We brought it back the manager Sirius said they would look at it and fix it and should take about 45 mins. Well we waited over 2 hours and he couldn't figure it out he said to leave it because the technician need to work on it. My wife called the owner the next day to get an update and he had a slight attitude and that he need more time and to call back later. The 3rd time she called he got nasty and said that he has a personal life and that he spoke to my wife more then he has spoken to his girlfriend and hung up on her. She called back again and he cursed her out again and said when he finds the problem he would call her and Hung up on her again. So I decided there and he wasn't there the manager Sirius was there and he apologize for his boss and said we I take care of it and if we can't fix it that they would replace it being that they caused the problem and changing the screen. 2 days after that I call Him and he said that he couldn't fix it and to come pick it up and he would put old screen back on and refund me the $175. I just wanted to be do with them. When I got there the owner was there and started screaming at me that my wife is a b**** and filled out and pushed one of the security guards to try to fight me. Please everyone be careful he very shady and security told me that they get numerous complaints about him often. So now I have a broken iPad that they broke and would not take responsibility for. I filed a complaint with the plaza and did not hear bad yet. BTW this went on for about a week. Customer Lillo Trapani

Find somewhere else to fix your phone. Shortly after my screen replacement the screen would press random buttons, when I put the phone up to my ear on a call it would press random buttons, phone would lock by itself whenever, does not accept chargers 90% of the time, and the replaced screen has a strange tint which is very different from the original. Would strongly recommend to NOT come here.

I usually never write a review on places, but after my experience I feel like I need to. The owner Serkan was extremely nice, and he was very helpful with my situation. They replaced my tempered glass and it was a great price! Serkan kept his word and stood by his product, which to me is how you run a great business. Great place to get your phone fixed!
