My partner and I walked into the store today really excited to purchase furniture for our new home. When we entered we were “greeted” by two women who saw us , one didnt bother to stand and the other who saw us and sat down after looking at us.. We walked around the store for at 15 minutes and not one person asked us if we needed help. The store was not busy and the sales employees were on their phones and computers. It’s the little things in customer service that make or break a deal. We were going to make an extremely big purchase today but instead we walked out and took our business to another store. We really do hope this wasnt because of the color of our skin but because of the lack of good customer service the store provides

When purchasing our Home in Palisades NY my Wife and I knew we wanted Stickley furniture for all of its rooms Stickleys Designer Christina was wonderful to work with her years of design experience and sensitivity to our likes guided us (and so proud of the fact each piece is crafted in New York). Our Stickley is more then furniture its our heirlooms.

Great furniture and a very friendly sales team. There was never any pressure to buy anything and no upselling. They let me take all the time I needed to pick exactly what I wanted/needed. They've also provided lots of great advice as well. Shipping was handled very well. Just a minor ding on a table that most won't notice. Definitely would recommend and will be returning for future purchases. Ask for Kevin Hayes!

Christine is my salesperson and she’s knowledgeable and warm. I’ve bought a fair amount of furniture through her and it’s the most comfortable I’ve ever owned. The experience is wonderful anytime I go into the store! I highly recommend.

I worked with Christina Crane at the Paramus store. If I could give her 10 stars I would. She spent a great deal of time with me ensuring that I was going to be happy with the sofa and the size of the sofa that we selected for the room. Christina has a great sense of style and I so appreciated her honesty. When my sofa came last week, I was so excited and this purchase was definitely worth the wait! It was a perfect choice. Christina cares about her clients and always responded back so quickly to answer any of my questions. I loved working with her that I recommended my sister who has now also developed a relationship with Christina and has made several purchases. We waited 5 months for a cabinet to be delivered. After many delays the item finally arrived. The delivery guys bring it in and they had tape on the glass from transport, there are tape marks on the glass, the guys said that it would clean up with Glass cleaner…We’ll we have been trying for over 2 weeks now to clean the glass and it’s not coming off. We called the store to complain and the store associate said that someone would call us back…we are still waiting! We expected a little better response from a company like Stickley! Your customer support and follow through are extremely poor. We spent good money and expected a better experience!

Very good quality sofas and tables on sale now. I was excited to even buy sth but after check the official online website, the sale prices in store are about 10-15 % off only… it’s not in BIG SALE as it advertised

I came here after our next door neighbor told us about the store. Upon entering the store, we weren’t acknowledged by the front desk. Then we got greeted by a salesperson that kept following my partner and I around because we look young. We had no questions but just wanted to check out their stuff in person since their website has horrible user experience. She was extremely annoying and snotty. We ended up finding the same couch we liked at Safavieh for over $1K cheaper, better service and nobody followed us throughout the store.

Great customer service - Christine and Mandi went out of their way to remedy a problem with an order due to a defect from the manufacturer. Everything was handled with a great sense of care, quickly, and professionally. Highly recommend this store and the team that works there!
