I asked the manager for help. Clearly he doesn’t know how to multi-task. I ask him a question and he starts to talk down to me as if I’m his worker, wife or kid. Learn how to talk to people no matter what the color. I hope the same service you gave me your family will receive. Maybe next time you will think about how you talk to people.

Staples in Paramus was awesome. The staff was kind and helpful. The guy helping with TSA passes was amazing. I’ll be back even though I am from Nutley. God bless you.

The prices on your web site are lower than in the store. This is very deceptive and unethical. I had to ask the cashier to adjust the price. He did so, but I pity the poor souls who pay the inflated price. I will never shop with you again. It is a despicable practice.

I ordered prints that did not come out how I anticipated they would. Ydeka was so helpful and kind to me. She resized the flyer and reprinted them out for me. She saved me time, money and energy having to redo them at home and then pick them up again. I'm grateful to Ydeka for taking the time to correct my errors and explain to me how to avoid the issue in the future. Thank you!!

I was there last week with my daughter to do a logo printing job and the employee named DOMiNIC treated us very badly, he is racist and has a very bad character, as long as that man is there I do not plan to return again.

I was unable to print from one of the copy machines and I made the mistake of asking an employee at the main checkout if he could help me. He was curt and said I’m helping a lady in line and turned away. It seems to me a good customer service response would have been to refer me to the employee working in the copy center for help, but I guess it pleased him to talk down.

Horrible Costumer service!!!. I went there with my dad to make a Logo that we needed and this worker named DOMINIC didn’t want to help us at all. He was being a bad person for no reason. And he was also being really RACIST!! when I was trying to translate to my dad ( because my dad doesn’t speak English) and he was making faces and all that. We left everything we were going to buy because my dad couldn’t take his bad behavior anymore. Being polite and doing your job right does not cost anything.I would never step a foot in that place again!

I had to go to Staples ( 501 Route 17 Paramus) to complete my TSA application. I met Ms. Fuller. She made this task sooo easy being very knowledgable and friendly. we need more people like her in the workplace. Don't ever let her go, give her a raise, make her a manager. I am going to send everyone I know for passports and TSA applications. thank you for your help. K.Huber
