Loved dealing with Tammy she was awesome ! Never been a customer at Soma before but will continue to shop at the Paramus Park store which by the was was so clean and organized. All the staff were super welcoming but I had the luck of the drawn and had Tammy helping me she was so great, helpful, professional and listened to my issues than found me the perfect bras! Tammy is a asset to the company and deserved a big shout out sheis keeper for sure. I'll be back. TY :)

I went into Soma today after having a horrible experience at WOB. Felicia was an absolute sweetheart. She made me feel comfortable and had an enjoyable experience. It’s nice to know there is a place to go for Bra shopping where the staff is friendly, helpful and kind. Anyone that needs a bra and a good one, go to Soma at Paramus Park Mall, don’t go to WOB!!

The sales associate was pleasant but a bit distracted by other customers. I continue to shop there since I love a particular style of there panties. I am quite particular about my undergarment and simply love their modern high leg vanishing edge briefsSexy and extraordinarycomfortable!

Young Employees all on their phones talking about their personal lives....They gave me another customer's receipt at my last visit and told me I would be refunded $ which never appeared on my account (because it wasn't mine). When I went back to ask why it didn't appear not knowing it wasn't supposed to, they gave me an attitude and dismissed me, told me to call customer service and they couldn’t help even though their employee made me the mistake. Then, when I asked them to call being that it was their employee's mistake, they realized it was another customers receipt they gave me instead of mine with an attitude and gave me the correct receipt instead. It's not about the f$&# $ I don't need it. It's about the fact that I received No apology for the confusion or inconvenience caused and that turns you off from stepping foot into that store again.

it's been a while since i've been to soma. i was in paramus park mall and i made a big mistake. i went into the soma store. i was in that store about 20 minutes. looked a bras, panties and nightgowns etc... no one and i repeat no one approached me to see if i needed any help. not even a hello!!!! i went in there for the main purpose of buying merchandise. but it was clearly obvious not one employee gave a damn! the employees were to busy talking to each other. well let me tell you soma .... you lost my business! forever! i will never go into a soma or chico's again. never never never. you lost a customer that was going to spend money. i needed to do some serious shopping. but your employees were to busy yakking away. not caring they had a customer ready to shop in a very empty store. shame on your manager. shame on soma!

Horrible customer service. I have shopped in this store numerous times and only for convenience of the location. Always multiple sales people standing around counter talking loudly about personal lives and when you ask for help they act as if you are bothering them and make you wait to then give minimal service with an attitude. A direct reflection on store management which I believe was one of the people who couldn't be bothered when I was in there today.

The girls that work at this place act as if they are doing you a favor by offering help. I asked for help, the girl showed me some undergarments and walked away... I had to look for her to ask her questions... blah, not worth my time... I think this is my first negative review....

Call the store and was assured my daughter would be professionally fitted and there was a variety of large sizes for a teen in the store. Well the sales young lady had NO idea of what she was doing. We were guessing my daughter's bra size. Asked to see bras for my teen we were shown bras that my grandma wears. I do not recommend this store at all. False advertisement

First time at the mall since this pandemic. The store was very clean and I felt safe. The staff sanitized after each customer. Friendly staff and very helpful. Keep up the excellent work. Thank you. ?
