I recently purchased two pairs of shoes for my children from the Sketchers store at Bergen Town Center in Paramus. After just one use, one of the shoes began tearing from the front. When I returned to the store to request an exchange or refund, I encountered the worst customer service experience I've ever had.
The store lady associate was incredibly rude and dismissive. She refused to process my return or exchange, despite the fact that I was well within the 45-day return period. Instead of addressing my concerns, she abruptly interrupted me and called for the next customer while I was still speaking.
This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied with Sketchers. The quality of the product was poor, and the customer service was unprofessional and disrespectful. I will not be shopping at Sketchers again and would advise others to consider alternative retailers.

Great affordable footwear. I bought 2 pairs of washable sneakers for under $100. I am pleased with my purchases and I am still in STYLE.

Sketchers shoes look boring today, they continue to make the same models, the grandmother goes walking shoes. But not only that for what they are they are expensive even here in their warehouse. You can get a better price for a pair in other stores. As usual I visit the place with the hope to find something but I walk out right out after a few minutes. They need new designs!

They have horrible sneakers with no support at all and for ridiculous prices. If the sneaker doesn't have a hard enough sole that lets you bend the sneaker, you will not have good support and will hurt your feet. They had maybe two pairs that didn't bend like crazy but at ridiculous prices which I wouldn't pay for Sketchers brand. Better to go with Brooks for that money, an actual good brand that makes great sneakers for foot support.
