It says closing by 9pm but it is closed already by 8.43pm . They have to follow up mall’s hours which is 10am-9pm. But they don’t. I asked them to talk from windows they didn’t even look out side, I don’t know what kinda management under this location but definitely I can say it is terrible service for any snechears’s location. Definitely they need to get investigated by corporate and mall management to be sure they do follow mall’s business hours!

I went into the store for my 4 year old, and the management was exceptional! Not only did she help me with finding the perfect shoes for his back to school, but she was also the sweetest and so patient. I think her name was Adriana (tall curly hair) 5 stars definitely!

Went here to get some running shoes. One of the few shoes that if I buy, I feel an actually difference from a $40 shoe.I went there to buy this recent pair of shoes, and they a comfortable, however they look like they are wearing on the bottoms pretty quickly.

Wow what a cluster eff today was! Salesperson (Lauren?) showed me several pairs of shoes. There were four I was interested in. Once we nailed down what sizes and styles I wanted, she told me that she had put back all of the models I looked at, and had to try them on all over again! One pair, which she insisted was the one I had tried on, clearly wasn't (My pair was brand new, this pair was missing the tissue paper and cardboard inserts). Another young lady stepped in to try to help, and after re-explaining everything I wanted to buy she was able to find stock on models I was told by the first salesperson was not in stock. As the store got more and more crowded, it took longer and longer to just finish up my sale and get home. A total mess. I won't be going back there.

When I went to Skechers at Garden state plaza in Paramus the two employees who was working there were super super excellent and really helpful. I want to thank Brenton and Lauren Who was really helpful to explain about the app and give them opportunity to take care a good customer.I would recommend people shop there and they will help you out
