there was this girl named Melissa, and I needed help finding my shade since I'm taking pictures on Monday and I needed a foundation that's exactly my shade. She immediately helped me and found my exact shade that I was looking for, and you can't even tell there's foundation on my face that's how well she matched it!! She was also very kindhearted!

5 star customer service from Michaela (sorry fi i spelled your name wrong). I am very particular about products and she knew the answer to all my questions regarding skin type, texture, longevity, and ingredients. She helped me and was patient with me despite me being not the easiest to please when choosing products. She was kind and knowledgable. She helped me find a product that i think i will be putting in my staple every-day products for a long time coming. Im very grateful to her. I have deep lines under my eyes from my facial structure (which can be erased or made better with skin care) she helped me find products that helped me cover this insecurity and it has brought me a little bit more confidence when i look in the mirror. I would give the location 5 stars for Mikayla alone (i tried a diff way of spelling haha) but i took off a star because the store itself had not restocked many many samples - there were a few perfumes that i was interested in which had no sample bottles (empty, many sample products very messy and sticky everywhere).

Sephora is fantastic. The store is a bit overwhelming and loud and way too many scents however, when you find the right person who really knows skin care it's perfect! Yesterday I met Jen and she really helped me understand the skin care that I needed.

Came in yesterday in a rush to get an under eye concealer. Asked for advice and one girl couldn’t have been more annoyed I asked her so I walked away. I then asked another lady ( her name Dhariana) who patiently showed me a great product I ended up purchasing along with a few others. Customer service has gone downhill everywhere but happy to see when it’s still alive and well in some places.

The reason for the single star is because a Dominican employee with black hair spoke to me in an unpleasant manner, I went down to get a product from the one on the shelf at the bottom and I stayed bent over trying it. Which she asked me what I was doing, which I showed her what I was doing, with gestures with my hands without speaking, which she very rudely told me to get up, I got up and again I did not answer her, because I was with my granddaughter. and because she and I are simply not the same

I always get overwhelmed when looking for new makeup. Isabella and Erica were very helpful and color matched me perfectly with different products. They were also very knowledgeable and told me info and ingredients about the different foundations and concealers they showed me. Though this location was very busy tonight, they had a lot of people working on the floor.

I came to Sephora at Westfield mall 3/12/2024 early afternoon. I finally found the primer I wanted but all of them are close to expiration date and I couldn’t find any newer ones. The store was busy at the time and almost all salespersons are very busy helping customers except for this older salesperson she’s never even left the makeup station doing nothing since I came in to the store hour ago. So I went to her hoping she can help me. Her response was “make up does expire” then walks away like I just asked the dumbest question ever. This girl truly hates her job. Customers know it. So I turned to another girl I think her name was Monica she was super friendly and professional I ended up buying more I needed but it was a great experience with her.

Customer service is poor at this location. The lady that service perfume section is rude and she made me feel vey uncomfortable. I walked out without purchasing anything because of her rudeness.

Love Sephora however not today. Please bring back the charged up liquid eyeshadow (color connect 11). Why does Sephora create great products just to discontinue them. ?

i usually come to this sephora all the time with no problem at all but today i was encountered with a weird experience. i came in with my boyfriend and was walking around looking to buy a makeup by mario blush since i had just ran out. i was going to buy with my gift card. i grabbed the blush and continued to look around when i was encountered by one employee if i needed help and i said no since i already had my blush. after that i started to get followed along the isles and was then approached by another woman pointing at the blush in my hand asking what it was..i replied "a makeup by mario blush" and she said "yeah i know but what is it?" and i replied with the shade color. it was weird because i've never had this happen before but i'm assuming they thought i was stealing since i had a lululemon bag in my hand. And then i had about 4 more employees ask me again if i needed help...But as a retail worker i understand. but it was just sad to see it was being done to me when it wasn't my intent. or it jusr could've been racial profiling ???? either way ill just keep this experience in mind

I came into Sephora today to browse around with my cousin because we have never been. We are visiting from Panama and Sephora does not exist there. My cousin really does not speak any english, and as I said before we have never been in this store before so we did not really know what to expect. I honestly just felt very pressured and she was also uncomfortable because of the amount of times we were approached. We were only in there for about 10-15 minutes and we were approached by workers countless amount of times. I know we are young so maybe they are trying to prevent stealing or something i am not sure but I just wanted to express the discomfort we felt in there. It feels like I can’t walk around and look at products without being scoped by a worker. I know they are only trying to help and do their job but many times i looked and there were workers staring at us. She also has social anxiety so the setting was just super unwelcoming. One lady recommended me a product and ultimately I ended up buying it because we just felt pressured and I wanted to leave. I will say the product is very nice and I like it a lot but I did not really want to spend 41 dollars on a lip balm. Sorry for the negative review I just wanted to share my thoughts.

I went in just 25-30 minutes before my shift in GSP looking for some makeup for the new year approaching and was helped by Jennifer. I got taught a lot about my skin and got recommended products to use. Although I didn’t end up buying skin care I appreciated the help and do consider going back to get the skin care recommendations. As for the makeup I simply showed a video and got recommended Jennifer’s favorite products and loved that Jennifer did not hesitate to sample the products on my skin. I left with a new makeup everyday look and couldn’t be more excited of the products chosen!! Jennifer did so much with the time given and even put my products on hold til the end of my shift at the mall. Little things like this are what makes me want to go back. I will definitely visit again as Jennifer made me feel completely comfortable and knew 100% what was talked about and what would be the best for me. THANK YOU!!??
