they would not take my e gift card but took my friends who was white this is racism. this staff was an old white lady named layla, and her pin said she supports BHM but was racist. I am black. Horrible job!

I walked in there with my bf and I was just shopping and every employee in the store was watching my every move, they kept asking me if I needed help and I didn't I knew what I was getting. As I went to checkout they all huddled and started talking and looking at me so I left I left my stuff in a basket and left and as I was walking out every single employee was staring at me. I overheard one of the employees saying to watch what I do. I don't know what they thought I would even do. Steal? We're they being racist towards me? Did they think I looked suspicious? I don't understand why anyone thought they needed all eyes on me. I am not exaggerating while saying every single employee was watching me. When I left the store they said " have a good day" every single employee. Weird or just in my head? Will not be going back to this location again.

Had the best MUA at Sephora in Paramus park Mall. Tamara was amazing she took her time to listen to my concerns and to Address each one. She answered any questions my mother in law or myself had regarding how to apply them. She also didnt try to upsell me on anything i did not need and even recommended on how to use the products i already had at home. I highly recommend doing this, I took 3 groups of pictures before going to Sephora. 1) skin care 2)foundations 3)primers & setting sprays. This way she could see everything i had to work with at home and pick out the best ones to continue with and how to use them so i benefit from each product.

I had a very pleasurable experience! I was helped out by Aidan who took the time to match my skin to a tinted moisturizer with such a comforting presence. He also listened to my preference of products feeling light on my skin/ acne concerns and suggested a great moisturizer that fitted my needs. Sometimes going to these beauty stores can be intimidating, especially when you’re not too knowledgeable on products and skincare in general. But talking to someone like Aidan, who didn’t pass judgement, was a breath of fresh air.

I had a great experience getting the assistance of Francesca who gave me her undivided attention in picking our lip color and skin care. The store is clean, and the clerks are helpful without being pushy. This is my go to Sephora branch from now on.

Came to Sephora to pick up some items before vacation. A beauty specialist assisted me right away and helped find the perfect foundation for me. She asked a lot of question to determine my preference and skin type. This location has a large selection of EVERYTHING and customer service & checkout are always swift.

My trip to Sephora was extremely informative! I was looking for a specific perfume to buy however they did not have it. They did have almost all perfumes in stock which is surprising. I was helped by Aiden my entire visit there, and it could not have been better. if you have any questions regarding perfumes, I know he is the one you should go to! He took his time with me showing me all different perfumes but all were to my likely ! He also informed me about deals and what sizes make more sense to buy since there can be so many!The store was not as busy as you think it would be during the holidays which is great to know.
