The Sam Edelman store is truly exceptional. The staff members exhibit impeccable customer service skills, and I genuinely value each and every one of them. I must give a special acknowledgment to Skylar, who has assisted me on multiple occasions. This store is truly outstanding, and the employees are remarkable! I highly recommend visiting; you will not be disappointed.

July 6, 2023 late afternoon/ evening: black store clerk didn’t help was talking to herself/ w employee the entire time we were in the store. Didn’t offer assistance one bit. The Hispanic/ Latina girl who looks Caucasian on the outside- was discriminatory and really lacked customer service as well.This store lacks etiquette, professionalism, and friendliness- doing a disservice to Sam Edelman and store sales. Shame shame! Train your employees correctly you would be shocked at how much people will purchase based off of the right help and friendliness. Including those you may assume might not…

@samedelman corporate- I really hope that you read this. I had an order placed for the Walden leopard booties as the warehouse listed two pairs of 7.5 in stock. I received an email close to a week later with a terrible subject line saying "update on your order!" When clicking the message, it opened up to something like "sorry! Your order has been canceled" and a pathetic "glad you love us! 10% off" I replied to the email as there is NO indicator saying "do not reply to this email" so either somebody is monitoring it and not responding to my multiple follow ups (seeing as though NONE of my messages got a bounce back) or the email isn't monitored and it's falsely advertised as there is no message alerting consumers of this. Horrible experience, and to date I still have not gotten a reply. I hope they do something to rectify this.

Higher end womens wear, the staff are really friendly and helpful. Came in looking for new shoes for work and Kat helped me and was so fast. Got me in and out of the store with a brand new pair.

Great, well-organized shoe store with the nicest staff-very helpful, patient and never pushy. Sara was really professional, pleasant and knew her stuff. Particularly liked that the shoes were adequately spaced wel and not almost on top of each other. Oh and the shoes are pretty good too...comfortable, stylish and very reasonably priced.
