Every time I've been here I was treated well. They have great product , much better than the French shop across the hall and priced a lot more reasonably. Always looking forward to my next visit.

I was picking up a belt that was damaged and the attendant that helped me was super rude and hypercritical to me and my family. If anyone is there watch out for an attendant named Mojica he is very rude ruining my experience with the store and threatening to fight me after screaming and being extremely rude to me. No store should have an attendant like that and he should be fire immediately.

I won’t shop here again. There’s nothing hilarious about making a modest income but when you speak pompously to customers the staff really needs to be reminded we SHOP here you WORK here, big difference.

Absolutely love this store and their manager Yana!!! She was so patient with me in the store, showing me everything I asked to see bfore deciding what to purchase. She even put the sunglasses on one of the workers so I can see what it would look like on a face lol very sweet and helpful I highly recommend the store in the Garden state plaza! Thank you Yana for your help :)

Great experience, sales person help me with everything and great because we spoke in second lenguage, so we connected and provided more detail about different products, at the end purchased something else. Great customer service. Fantastic gift from my wife.

I would say that I love this brand and I have some items in my wardrobe but it just did not feel as welcoming when I entering and perusing the items. The brand is an excellent one of great craftsmanship and of style. Maybe the next time I am at this location, I will get a different vibe of openness. Love the brand and I will see........

I went in to have a belt sized that I had bought. While waiting for the woman to go into the back and work on it, I started to browse through the store. Another associate who had been standing next to the woman helping me rudely rushed to step in front of me and stop me in my tracks from walking into the shoe section and said, “I’m sorry did you get just get here? Was there something you needed?” He did not say it in a polite way. He looked me up and down and treated me as if I had no business being in their store. I told him no I was being helped and continued to walk through until my service was done and I abruptly left. Very unprofessional. Will not purchase there again.

So elegant, high-class, top of the line products, unique styles. The fragrances are numerous and of exquisite scents and quality. Very friendly staff-so sweet, Rita,Yanna, José & others. A pleasure to come in!

This location is well kept and has a friendly staff. I went in just to browse and ended up purchasing something. The sales associate informed me with all the sales that was going on. I was debating which color of purse I should purchase and was helped by the friendly security guard at the store, how amazing is that.
