I just walked out of this store where I was trying to purchase a pair of sunglasses that I liked. However, I noticed that the display case contained sunglasses from an unknown brand that were being confused with high-end brands. I informed the sales associate, but she was very rude and did not let me finish speaking, so I left immediately.

I was in the market for another LV bag but wanted something a little different! I found a cute bag on the website, and it was reasonably priced! I had a 10% off welcome rewards, which made the price even lower! I placed my order and received confirmation that my order was received and the price! The following day, I received another email with a higher price and another confirmation of my order! I reached out to customer service about the discrepancy with the prices because I had 2 different amounts pending on my credit card! Not only was customer service not able to satisfy my request, but I was told that I couldn't use the rewards because it was a final sale item and the rep kept saying that the discount had already been applied to another order I made that same month (which it had not) . I only had 8 days left to use the rewards before it expired! In the end, I was told that I couldn't do it, my order had shipped, and I could use it for a future order! Fast forward, I received my bag, which is absolutely beautiful and in pristine condition, but it has a "vintage" smell! Of course, I reached out to customer service again....no response....no surprise! For the amount of money that I spent, they could at the very least respond! The customer service is horrible, and that will be my last purchase! You would think that in these times, they would want to do right by their customers and have better service! You really need to do better by your customers and train the customer service reps better!
