I was fortunate enough to work with Susan Zulauf on a couple of occasions. I found her to be very knowledgeable and experienced. She listened to what I thought I was looking for in a sectional and she guided me to the perfect one. I never felt any pressure on buying anything. It can be overwhelming to make all the little decisions in picking out the details for the sectional and she made it very easy. We are very happy with our new sectional.
A few months later I was in search of an accent chair and once again she knew just what chair to go to and made the process easy and quick. I highly recommend Susan, you won't be disappointed.

The customer service here is superior to most stores. Their merchandise offerings are extensive, excellent quality as well as pricing. My salesman Jeff assured me that everything would go smoothly and it did--even with a more challenging delivery of a new sofabed. I was so satisfied I went back to the store to purchase additional items. I cannot say enough about how satisfied I am and highly recommend Safavieh.in

i might buy a dininig table set here in near future. And more when i get my house. No body bothered me while i walked around. That is what i liked the most in this shop. No distraction and/or no psychological burden you know.

Buying my kitchen table set was a process, between picking out colors and deciding on which style I wanted and Justice made the whole process a breeze. I purchased an outdoor furniture set made of wood from this company through All Modern(a subsidiary of Wayfair)and I've had it for a year and a half and it is completely falling apart. I contacted the company and basically they said I was out of luck. They couldn't help me at all. They said that their warrantee is 30 days. I explained that in 30 days how are you even supposed to know if outdoor furniture holds up??? The frame is cracking the color is fading, it's splintering etc... I even followed the rules on covering it when not in use etc.... and it was a lot of money, so I say avoid this brand at all cost!!!

I had a terrible experience with Safavieh in Paramus! I would give zero stars if I could. From the time we ordered the couch, the wrong size was ordered to the White glove delivery service?!? Safavieh damaged my floors! I JUST had my floors redone with very expensive pre finished hardwood floors and now They are all scratched up where the men delivered the couch. I am furious at how incompetent they are and I spent so much money on a couch to be delivered only to damage my brand new floors?!! Do not shop at Safavieh, go somewhere else they don’t treat their clients home with any care or respect!
