My partner and I frequent this location, the selection is pretty good but more importantly the staff are super friendly and willing to walk customers through what products may be helpful for the experience the customer is looking for.So far, we've been helped by Alannah once and Alexis twice when we had questions or needed some direction and they've been endlessly helpful.

Definitely recommend this place. had a great experience today In Paramus location. The customer service instantly made me feel comfortable from time I walked in and was very helpful with finding the right product for me. Really large selection of great products to choose from

It was our first time at Romantic Depot, and it was a wonderful experience! Alannah and Destiny were extremely helpful with assisting in picking out our selection of items and assured us that we were getting a great deal for authentic and safe products! I appreciate all of the enthusiasm and support around the store and I definitely recommend going here for great customer service as well as amazing prices and products!

Romantic Depot has been able to meet all my needs everytime I came in. But what makes this store 5 Stars is Alannah. Each and every time I shop she is here and is easily the most knowledgeable, helpful, kindest, patient person I’ve met. I wouldn’t think of shopping anywhere else.
