Got recommended by a specialist, they scan my feet, recommended me different running shoes to try on, and I ended up getting an asic that is just as good as my Infinite Run.The customer service were very patient, fantastic, and knowledgeable.Highly recommend.??♂️???

Horrific experience….. i’ve been shopping at this particular location for several years. Today, I was greeted, asked to pick a shoe and someone would be right with me. I was in the store for a total of 15 minutes and no one ever assisted. I had to ask the greeter that told me three different times that someone would come and help. I can understand if they were busy however, there were a handful of customers and several employees standing around. When I had enough the employees noticed, I was so upset and the greeter apologized for not being assisted as I should have been. That’s when they finally brought someone over from the back room to help me. At that point, I had lost total interest to purchase anything and walked out. I am appalled of the horrible service. I will not be returning to that store so I can experience that again? No thank you!

The selection, prices, and totally knowledgeable sales associates at Roadrunner are all the very best.Even on a busy day, the staff, including Juan!, on the floor were so attentive and ! And Rios the manager was amazing keeping everything running smoothly and giving everyone personal attention.

I was assisted by a gentleman named Nate, who was EXCELLENT. He was extremely thorough, friendly, and an expert at what he does. I advise anyone who needs a new pair of sneakers to go to Road Runner.

I went in and was told by an employee I'd be helped in just a minute. I waited for 20 minutes and spoke to two different employees, but neither assisted me. Both employees started helping people who came into the store after me, so I walked out.
