My wife and I visited the store having moderate expectations in finding the right couch for our house. We previously visited 3 different furniture locations and were weighing options. Lisa S. gave us excellent consultation and insight in choosing the right configuration for us. We first visited the location, we left with the right direction of what we were going to invest in. When we went home to remeasure the dimensions and specs, we were a little disappointed to find out that our selection would not fit the length. Lisa followed up and took the time out of her day to offer other selections and solutions that could work with our space. We came back after the weekend in good faith and spoke with her to search for the perfect couch suitable for our living arrangements. Not only did Lisa go above and beyond with her customer service, she was knowledgable, a great trouble shooter and had the most patience when we were deciding which selection to go with. I never felt pressured, rushed or treated like an oblivious customer. She just catered to what our ideas were and guided us to a solution. This is the 3rd time we've visited the store on Route 4. When we purchase furniture, it's usually from Ashely or Ikea, but Raymour & Flanigan had reasonable prices, a decent delivery time and a great staff. If we decide to purchase additional furniture, it will be on the top our list. Thanks Lisa!

Do not buy from them. The customer service is very bad. I brought my bedroom, dinning room and living room and rags . However, I reported damage for the console in the living room and one of the living room part( chair) in email and phone communication. The result was they replace the consule but not the chair. When the guys came for replacement they said sorry we did not know and they called the manager to let him know that there is another piece that was reported too in same email with picturesAfter going back and forth with emails and calls. They sent a technician after three months to check it even thought this happened in the same day of delivery which I have emails to prove the dates. I was just listening to my voice mail today and they are informing that after reviewing the pictures that the technician provided they will not replace it. This is going for at least 3 months. Another thing I have my chest two drawers that I reported it was damaged after few months of delivery. And I payed for coverage. They sent the technician in December and till today's date they did not replace them and when I followed up they said I do not have coverages. After back and forth they admitted that I have coverage and they just need a picture of the sticker code behind the dresser. I am trying to summarize what happened to me. I am very disappointed and I hope this review will help you to not buy from them. Or be ready to have a lot of email communications and calls for nothing. I will see if I will be able to add photos and screenshots of date of delivery and my reports of damages . I have all proves that you have the worth customer service and we should not buy from you! If you decided to buy from them never add coverages. And in delivery if something is damaged do not agree to leave it while the replacement process because they will claim you have it for while and the damage might happen later.
