Our experience was great. We did not feel pressured by Lisa Sinclair. As soon as we told her that we were interested, she made it happen. She did not overwhelm us while shopping in store or after we left. She sent me the information that we needed to make the purchase if interested. Once I let her know, and she placed the order, it was a seamless process.

I was able to find the perfect piece of furniture I was looking for and I was able to select from many different styles. The sales people there are very helpful and not pushy. When I was ready to make the purchase the checkout was quick and easy. The delivery of my new furniture was schedule to arrive within 4 days.
